Police later identified the shooter as Portuguese national Claudio Manuel Neves Valente(48 years old)
He reportedly entered the U.S. via the program in 2017.

The new Self filed EB-2 Visa (Trump $1M - $2M Gold Card) category was introduced a few weeks ago to pause the Company's sponsored Skilled Worker Visa and override the EB-5 Visa category, and then pave the way for platinum $5 Million PR to be introduced any moment from now. So it makes sense why the lottery visa should be suspended/paused until another person takes over as POTUS.
Hury up, Mr. President, with the platinum card!
