ReplyDeleteI am a nanny to two children aged 4 years and 3 years old. The youngest one of 3 years old do snore while sleeping and he finds it difficult to breathe.. the day I resumed while he was still sleeping I feared.
He foams from the mouth and due to that his mouth is covered in white patches whenever he wakes up.
At first I took it for him having catarrh but later reasoned that it could be cold that he caught maybe as a baby and I tried using my hand to slightly part his mouth so he could breath easily but he uses his tongue to block his teeth.
There are with me for the time being.
So, this past night, I used my phone touch to flash inside his nose to see if catarrh is blocking it.. there's no catarrh, and no he isn't having catarrh right now but still snores. What I noticed is that one of his nostril is blocked while the other one is free. I don't know what they're called but they are at the sides of each nostril and the ones in the left nostril are touching each other.. thereby creating no space.
I don't know if that's the cause or that's how all humans' are.
Please, anybody with a solution on how to help this baby should please drop comment.
Note: in any position he sleeps, he still snores that bad and that difficulty to breathe. I even tried placing a pillow under his head but it still did nothing.
Are there no hospitals where you are?
DeleteFrom your description, it seems the baby has swollen adenoids and tonsils. Please visit an ENT doctor for cross examination.
DeleteI know a child who had same issues as a kid. She snored too much at night and usually breathed through her mouth.
They kept giving her medications. While on holidays, the symptoms reduces, but once school resumes, it worsens coupled with ear pain too.
Her parents opted for surgery and her tonsils were removed in a highly professional hospital.
So please ,visit a good ENT hospital. There, you'll get needed answers and solutions.
Where are the parents of these kids? Have you told them your observation? Please call them first.

I felt so bad on Sunday and still feel bad thinking about it now. I am the lady that talked about being so lonely on Friday gist. People advised going out once in a while, associate with people and mingle. This I have heard over and over so I decided to give it a chance. . I love my space that it's difficult associating with people. Work, church and my bed has been routine for years.
ReplyDeleteI went for a meeting on Saturday and met a guy in a taxi. We talked and exchanged contact. He said his wife left him with 4 children and relocated 7 years ago. She asked him to remarry as she is not coming back. We agreed to see on Sunday. I showered up at the garden and he ordered drinks and roasted chicken. Soft drink is very ok for me. I don't take achohol. All I wanted was the company, gist and laugh but I was wrong. Within few minutes of being at the garden, this man started rubbing my laps, I thought it was a mistake at first and shifted. He repeated it and told me he has paid for us to enter the hotel for a short time. Just one hour and enjoy ourselves. I froze. What did you say sir? Don't act like a baby, we are all adults he said. Just allow me and I will take good care of you. With the few discussions I had with him, I am very sure I am financially better than who wants to take care of me. All I wanted was compang, mingle, gist, laugh and go home. I stood up and told him I was leaving. He pleaded for forgiveness and we left. He asked to drop me at home I refused because I don't want him to know my place, I rather asked he drop me at a particular Junction where I can get a bike to my house. On our way, his phone rang, I could hear the person on the other side as the phone was on speaker. Behold the caller is the wife. She wanted to know where he was. He told him he was at a traffic and will soon come come. She requested he buy bread and milk for tea. He argued he doesn't have enough money on him to buy anything, she cut the call. I felt sorry for myself. This is someone that said his wife relocated. A man who wanted to sleep with me on a first date because in a short time brotel. A man who wants to take care of me. I held my peace till I got.to the bus stop. His line is not only blocked but I still feel.bad for agreeing to that outing
