DeleteI paid a lot of complements to children living in my neighborhood yesterday for their nicely braided hairs. I know it won't be a big deal to admire and just look past. But I noticed there's this inexplicable joy that follows whenever I pay them those compliments. It boosts their confidence and lights up their faces and in turn, it makes me happy as well.
Children who sit through braiding without being cranky are top tierπ―π―.

People can settle differences but spoken words can never be forgotten even if forgiven. Some injuries cut so deep that the scars never goes away. The hurt leaves behind an indelible mark that can't be erased not even with the passage of time
Always leave room for reconciliation. Don't jeopardize genuine reconciliation by utterances that shouldn't have be said in the first place. It makes possible reconciliation difficult.
Above all and most importantly, learn this-- If tomorrow you no longer talks, protect what you guys both shared. You're not enemies, you just picked peace over drama.

Sin make people put themselves in places where they can easily be destroyed.
No matter the height we attain in life, it's wise for us to abstain from sin.
Nobody can access God’s wisdom with the presence of sin.
Sin is very dangerous because it makes people delusional. When they ought to work on themselves to become better.
When people reject the gospel of Christ, they close the heavens over their lives because God only gives grace to the humble James 4:6.
No man can go far without the grace of God. If we want God’s grace in everything we do, let's clothe ourselves with humility and never allow sin into our hearts.
