An old video of Ambassador‑designate Reno Omokri has resurfaced in court, showing him describing President Bola Tinubu as a “droog lord.” The clip was formally admitted as evidence in the ongoing cyberstalking trial of activist Omoyele Sowore.
The video was tendered by Sowore’s legal team during cross‑examination of a Department of State Services (DSS) operative.
Sowore is standing trial on a two-count charge bordering on cyberstalking under Section 24 of the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, Etc.) (Amendment) Act, 2024, over social media posts allegedly describing President Tinubu as a “criminal.”

I hope the public would learn from this case and mind their speech, henceforth.
ReplyDeleteNo wonder! Reno has been quiet for a long time now because he knew he would soon get bursted.
ReplyDeleteSowore is just a nuisance to me. Causing trouble in other to get funding for some flashy lifestyle.
ReplyDeleteLet him go to his state and let's see he can win as councillor.
