      Not just in Nigeria but anywhere at l else. The lack of a current driver's license is proof the driver doesn't take safety seriously enough. The speed was unneeded. It's not enough for you to pray for your helper -are you going to be of help to them or an added source of stress?

      The guy's job is seasonal. He has a wealthy sponsor who is not around all year. He simply needed to request time to get it sorted. It's given the case of Segun Awolowo decades ago.
