Kano State Commissioner Donates Bicycles To Staff To Ease Transportation Challenges.

On Monday, January 12, 2026, Kano State Commissioner for Commerce and Investment, Alhaji Shehu Wada Sagagi,donated 10 bicycles to junior staff of his ministry in a move aimed at easing their daily transportation challenges and improving punctuality.


 The presentation, which held at the ministry’s premises in Kano, was part of a welfare initiative funded from the commissioner’s personal purse to mark his first year in Office....
 He gifted the Bicycles to boost their morale and support low‑income workers facing rising commuting costs.....

  17. The commissioner thought out of the box by buying bicycles for them, nothing like I can't come to work because of fuel scarcity, na to dey chop apu and correct eba for morning before leaving house for work, may God give them correct and confirm energy to ride the bicycles.

  19. The people complaining about a STATE REP giving low income workers relief they can financially maintain may have also applied for the cycle to work scheme in their countries of residence. God forbid low self esteem.
