If you have colon Cancer, you might not know oo because scan might not pick it. Upper G.I endoscopic will not also pick it except the down one.
Colon cancer can affect your liver and spread to your lungs. I don't have much time, would have lecture us a bit about this. If the cancer is around ur anus, the Oncologist might decide to open you up and cut it off.
Colon cancer might stop you from eating(no appetite) because it will block the passage of food most especially if it has gotten to stage 4.

If you're a content creator on Facebook, read the new rules and theories, they've changed a lot.
1. Reels are favored in 2026.
Stop all the longer-minutes videos you post,focus on few-minutes video content. They wanna compete with Tiktok. Less of the text/image posts. Viewtime is being used by algorithms not how many people who viewed.🥲
2. Engage more, don't stay selfish, if you are abroad, target massively Nigerian - based content creators, drop clean decent arguments that magnet people under your thread.
3. Facebook just got even more jealous, any post or comment you drop with "click my Tiktok account", "follow me on LinkedIn", they limit your reach. Automatically.
4. All the kabukabu bots who don't drop comments,remove them, be careful and spot those who are, also do it to fake accounts. They don't add value to your account. Some are mounted to keep you stagnant.
5. Do not concentrate on your business flyers and links, make at least 4 or 5 quality posts before the business post. Facebook wants to have enough earnings before you get some.
6. Number of followers no longer count, forget the millions in numbers,with 300k followers and obeying the above 👆 rules of content creation and rules of engagement,you will earn more.
7. Facebook carefully added summarization button. There's now a "total hours watched" per video button. They mean business.
