Justice Akintayo Aluko arraigned her on a four count charge that includes cyberstalking and defamation. She pleaded not guilty. The judge revoked the bail she was granted earlier from a lower court and ordered her immediate remand in prison. The case was adjourned to March 16, 2026, for the next hearing and possible bail ruling.
The charges came from petitions filed by well-known pastors: Dr. Daniel Olukoya of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) and Apostle Johnson Suleman of Omega Fire Ministries.
They claim her videos and online posts have repeatedly attacked and damaged their reputations.
The remand comes after an earlier arrest in February 2026 on similar complaints from the same clerics. She met bail conditions and was released, but the situation changed with this new court appearance.

Nawaoo this blog and other online business are not easy oo, one ought to be very careful maka ije kirikiri abi nga mkpuruoka😅
ReplyDeleteBlogging 🙄

ReplyDeleteBut I don't understand why religious leaders will weaponise the judicial system against common people when they got call out. It is so common among Nigerian pastors. Calling people out on impurities enables changes or cause some other gullible people to wise up. I have seen this pattern with Olukoya just because you want people to see you as a holy man, you lock people up with impurities even church members. This is not good nor Godly. Let the proper justice takes its course without influencing the judicial system. And with the way things are going, a lot of people are going to stay away from churches, because gradually they use police to oppress people just like the politicians. They would do wrong things, and they don't want anyone to talk about it or correct them. Reasons everyone is acting anyhow in Nigeria and even posting of deliverance on social media. No wonder our society is getting worse
ReplyDeleteBe saying rubbish until you’re a victim

LoL
No vex say me laff.
Who asserts, must prove.
The social media deregulation of mass broadcasting did not remove that basic law.
What did she say?
What was the proof in her statements as she was making them?
If something unpalatable is said about you as an Anonymous Bv on this post, Stella would not post it.
If the comment slips through by mistake, we can easily guess how you would retort or what you would tell Stella in your reply.
Yet you expect a blogger or any person to make comments about a known public figure or identifiable person without restraint or verifiable proof?
Freedoms in societies are storied buildings.
The roof of one man’s freedom is the floor of another woman’s freedom. And so on
There are uncharted and under reported areas women should blog about for the benefit of the society.
Most of those matters concern women finance, employment opportunity, free skills training, and the vulnerable girl children.
But no!
Pastors and public exposed people are easy pickings for mostly female bloggers.
Why so?
So long as the Pastors act under the laws in responding to post about them, they are in order.
Even in the so-called more legal-law-abiding countries, a libel suit can ruin a losing defendant for life.
Most defamers in Nigeria are energised by the snail speed judicial system.
The criminalising of online libel has become the hook-bone in the fish for defamers. Their arrests and detention pending bail which is delayed mainly by the same snail speed judicial system should teach them a lesson to have verifiable evidence before blogging about people’s matters.
The first step for everybody carrying on a business is to know the Laws guiding his/her business.
As the well-worn saying goes, ignorance is not an excuse.
When she is discharged and acquitted, let her sue for malicious prosecution and then publish the fact-checkable evidence of her allegations as her better revenge.
9.49, it seems you don't know who Maureen is! Finally, may she rot there!
DeleteHmmm 🤔🤔🤔
ReplyDeleteI can't stop laughing...
ReplyDeleteJesus was criticized, brutalized and crucified.. still, he was asking God to forgive them but the so called men of God are busy sending others to prison..
What a bad way to go
You people should stop justifying these acts please .
DeletePinky,
DeleteSebi na here we dey read Stella's snow mountain avalanche of evidence against that Dubai returnee?
Where is Madam Badejo's evidence of her allegations?
Jesus called the religious leaders of his time "brood of Vipers" and "whitewashed tombs". If a Pastor says that about a Blogger today, what would you say about the Pastor. Would you not call the Pastor foul mouthed?
#WhereIsMadamBadejo'sEvidence
Most of you call yourselves Christians but are far away from the Bible. So she should continue with the cyberbullying because they are pastors.
DeleteIs this not Stella was explaining last week? It's not every news you blog. But the ones that don't know what's up will not agree.
ReplyDeleteSee howshe roped herself into trouble.
They will soon carry the one in USA that thinks bcos she is a US citizen or lives in the US they cannot do anything to her.. her name starts with a vowel sounds..
ReplyDeleteImpunity without evidence, reasons they destroy lives without questions. Know God for yourself and run away from these people who call themselves men of God.

ReplyDeleteThis her case is simple. She has always said she has proof of all the allegations she made against these men.
ReplyDeleteOya it is time to present all these evidence in court and shame all these men. Very simple matter, present the receipts.
She's not intelligent at all,how can she come out boldly to say things with out evidence..
ReplyDeleteKnowing the kind of content she posts online, what made her think it was a good idea to step foot in Nigeria?!
ReplyDeleteIf you are a blogger and you will blog on those kinds of things, better stay put in that abroad wey you dey as the possibility that the Nigerian police and courts will have you extradited to come and face the law is very low
