Undergraduate Unalifed By Soldiers Stray Bullet In Lagos

Balogun Sultan, an ND II Yabatech distance learning student, was fatally shot on Tuesday March 3, 2026 near WAEC bus stop in Lagos Island.



According to the reports, he had just finished exams/assignments and was heading home in a vehicle when soldiers fired shots to stop a reported cult clash and a stray bullet hit him.

Viral video shows him bleeding heavily as bystanders pressed clothes on wounds to help stop the bleeding. He was rushed to Yaba Military Hospital but succumbed to his injuries before help could reach him....
