Bizman Oil Money Issues Demand Letter To Serial Liar Blessing CEO To Refund N20million For Cancer Treatment

Businessman Alafia Kariboye- Igbo who is known as Oil money has issued a demand letter via his Lawyers to serial liar Blessing CEO to return the N20million he sent her after she lied to the Nigerian public that she had stage four cancer.. She also said that she could not believe she had little time left to live....
Meanwhile the whole Donation Blessing CEO claims she got is not up to 15million

The demand letter goes....

''LETTER OF DEMAND
The Managing Director,
Blessing CEO

RE: DEMAND FOR REFUND OF ₦20,000,000 (TWENTY MILLION NAIRA)

We are Solicitors to Mr. Ala K (popularly known as “Oil Money”) hereinafter referred to as “our client” on whose instruction we write.
Our client informed us that sometime in the past, he gave you the sum of ₦20,000,000 (Twenty Million Naira) under the belief that the said sum was a donation for cancer-related causes as you represented. However, our client has since discovered that the representation was false and fraudulent, as the purported cancer donation scheme was non-existent.
Your actions amount to a serious breach of trust, fraud, and obtaining money under false pretenses.
We therefore demand the immediate refund of the full sum of ₦20,000,000 to our client within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of this letter. You are also required to provide written confirmation of payment within the same period.
Take notice that failure to comply with this demand will result in immediate legal action against you without further recourse to you. This will include, but not be limited to, reporting the matter to law enforcement agencies and seeking all remedies available under the law, including damages, interest, and legal costs.
This letter serves as a final opportunity to resolve this matter amicably.
Yours faithfully,
Gideon Ugochukwu
(Solicitor)

Blessing is unrepentant swindler and liar. Nothing she said should be accepted without scrutiny.

  12. And a woman just lost her husband recently because nobody donated for his cancer treatment.

But here is a serial fraudster receiving over N200million donations within a twinkling of an eye - for cancer that does not even exist. No wonder they say 'life No Ballance''...

It's heartbreaking that people are losing their lives to cancer, and someone is heartless enough to make a mockery of their plight...

  13. I am in total support of this move!
More people should come out and speak their truth. Let the truth prevail.

I knew her claims of only receiving N13million to be yet another deceit of her unending lies...

  14. This criminal is a professional liar!
This is the right time to stop her deceitful lifestyle once and for all.

She has to refund all the monies to the donors. She is evil and wicked!

  15. Thank you Sir, for speaking up!

More people should come out and make their donations public. She is still deceiving the public buy claiming to she only received N13m.

Of which she received over N200m...

    ReplyDelete
  16. Some quarters have it that the total donations she received is close to a billion... Even people in the diaspora donated to her

  17. The only justice is for her to refeund all the monies to the owners. She is a heartless criminal. Unrepentant

  18. I am in total support of this move!

She must return all the money she obtained by deceiving well meaning Nigerians.

  19. Let's call a spade a spade!

What this woman has done is a criminal offence, and should not be swept under the carpet...

Nigeria can not get any better if a full-blown scamer like this are allowed to continue in her dubious enterprise

    ReplyDelete
  20. Arrest this woman!

Investigate the donations sent to her, to ascertain the actual amount she received by fraud. Then let every penny be returned to the rightful owners

    ReplyDelete
  21. Those that she scammed of their hard earned monies in this fraud, should right pettissions to the necessary authorities.

This is a serious criminal case!

    ReplyDelete
  22. What she has done is a criminal offence, and should be treated as one

    ReplyDelete
  23. My question now is: Why have they not yet arrested this criminal? Is this not a criminal case?

If you arrest Yahoo, Yahoo fraudsters, what is keeping you from arresting this criminal?

What is the difference between Blessing CEO and Yahoo, Yahoo swindlers?

    ReplyDelete
  24. But this a case of criminal offence! Why hasn't she been arrested by now?

    ReplyDelete
  25. She ought to have been arrested by now. If this country does not practice selected justice, then she should be arrested, investigated and prosecuted after refunding all the monies to the donors

    1. Anon10:18 there has to be a formal petition written by one of the complainants, who must have been one of the donors.

  28. The irony is that there is someone in Nigeria right now who is truly needing help and will die for want of just 100k or less to save their life.

  29. When she truly needs help now..no one will believe her again

  30. I hope she doesn't refund them. Sebi they are all stupid. Imagine donating such huge amounts to Blessing CEO of all people.

  31. Why would someone wake up and stop herself from making more money. She too do.

  32. There are so many hungry and sick people in Nigeria looking for financial relief, and Nigeria millionaires can't alleviate their horrible situations. See how they quickly sent money to a fraudster without verifying her claims.
I wonder why The Nigeria Police Force and Efcc have not arrested her.
