DeleteFew of my friends use the Fiber one,complaint ain't much,reasonable subscription rate...then some prefer Starlink,but this has the highest subscription rate and purchase price is higher compared to others above,but overall performance is great because it's satellite and works everywhere and anywhere,so it's cool this if it's something that fits your budget.

ReplyDeleteI finally gathered 300k for a small freezer, went to the market yesterday to get 1, I had hisense in mind before leaving home but the sales boy was trying to use the last drop of spit in his mouth to convince me to buy skyrun, he said it is the best amongst the 3.
Please help me so I dont start regretting after 1 month, your response will determine which I'll get when I go to the market tomorrow
Plus he mentioned something about power saving abi energy saving, please throw more light on this for me.

Please don’t buy that skyrun whatever. I’ve seen someone that bought that is complaining. She has not used it for a day.

I bought Nexus on Martins' recommendation 3 years ago and no regrets.
DeleteI don't want to spoil anyone's business;but let's say Martins goes to the Market to get a freezer;my options are:
Delete1) Haier Thermocool
2) Nexus
3) Scanfrost
If I don't see the above three brands or my budget doesn't fit;I would go home and manage my life,or alternatively I would go to Odolowo warehouse in Lagos or Alaba Market and look for European brands like Beko,buy and have my peace.
If you are on band A;your best option for any freezer or refrigerator is the energy saver option or inverter option,this helps you save units because they consume less,but appliances with the above options cost roughly two times the amount of freezers that are just basic.
100 liters of a basic freezer might be 300k for example,but any of the above of same 100 liters with energy saver option can go as much as 500k or thereabout(an example please).
If you are not on Band A or your compound still gets estimated billing,then go for the normal freezer,but if you use prepaid meter,go for an energy saver option to save more money and spend less unit on the long run.

My thermocool freezer is 15 years plus and still freezes like mad, I had to off it for atleast 3 days to defrost it while my neighbour got same brand 2 years ago and she has changed compressor twice. I've changed mine just once in 15 years

ReplyDeleteSo I have store in a mall with my opposite neighbor selling similar items to me. Few months ago, at first she was friendly but I when upgraded the quality of my goods she stopped being friendly. Then one day my sales girl told me that she came to get something from out store and she paid in cash.( we normally don’t take Cash limit stealing from salesgirls) me I didn’t see it as a big deal but I was just irritated at first the money was kinda damp and very dirty 200 naira notes the caliber of woman she is I have no idea where she got that money Mind you, when I’m around she’s not friendly but when I’m not she comes. The last time my sales girl was even angry she kept on saying our good are unnecessarily expensive but sometimes when people leave her store and come to mine they complain that her goods are expensive for the price she sells but I dismiss that tell that that the market is expensive plus she runs ad etc
Now the issue I’m having now is that another just opened close directly opposite my store by the right . The owner of the store originally wasn’t supposed to sell thing. Last week my sales girl called me that the new store owner came to patronize us and she brought cash. Me I did not see anything wrong with it so I asked her to take the money. Few hours later she called that she was going to return the what she got the next day and take something else;I was not happy but I agreed. The next that I came to my store with a friend of mine then my sales girl said to me that I shouldn’t have agreed that collecting cash that it has “spiritual significance” she said when she called me she was expecting me to say no after our experience with the other store owner. I brushed her off that she should stop being superstitious. My friend who has been telling me to visit different places for prayers because of the things I’ve been dealing with relationship wise also agreed with her. Mind you, this my friend has been telling me to be very spiritually alert because according to her people do a lot to sell and get ahead but me, I don’t really believe in jumping from pillar to post.
I just came to the store today and I noticed that the new woman is now selling exactly what she returned that I’m selling even facing her items directly towards mine. is this a thing? should I pay attention to or ignore . Please is there prayers I can say if really it’s a thing or should I just remove my mind. I have already spent the money but they advise me not give it out at first but I needed the money so didn’t don’t really see it as a big deal. I don’t want them making me superstitious like them
Business in a mall or market is all about competition and survival of the fittest,so if it's God you are holding,hold him tight and be positive.
DeleteAlso if you are collecting cash,put bitter kola in that box or whatever the cash goes into,sprinkle little salt,use psalm 27:2-3 then add Psalm 35,there you have your heavenly and natural odeshi.
Even if Babalawo or mami water brings cash and your business accepts cash,collect it and enjoy.
It's called TWO factor authentication 😊,God and nature runs it's course even if someone comes to patronise you with evil money.
Business doesn't grow on fear or doubts,it's strategy and God's grace always.
And if you have fear or doubts,print a banner indicating that and place where everyone would see it when they enter your shop;it would also help reduce staff theft.

DeletePoster. In this life of recent days, if you are not prayerful they will trample on you. Read your Bible everyday and meditate on the word of God to boost your faith and spiritual life. Look for powerful passages of the scriptures and be speaking them over your life everyday and nothing, I mean, no plan of the enemy will stand. You will see how God will strip them off their powers break their wings with time. Pray and keep believing in God. It may not happen immediately but God is definitely cooking up something and you will be surprised how their end will be. Never go for a physical battle if you really want God to do his thing perfectly. Don't visit any pastor to pray for you. God is inside you as well . Simply take your innocence to the throne of justice and righteousness

DeleteEvery manufacturer has what they anre best known for when it comes to different home and office appliances,so for the AC you are good with either.
Another reliable brand for AC is Scanfrost and TCL,but it’s above 400k budget..
