INTERPOL Arrests Nigerian In Benin City For Defrauding An American Of $550,000
A young man, Emwanta Eghosa Smith, has been arrested in Benin City by INTERPOL and the Nigeria Police for allegedly impersonating U.S. government officials and scamming an American woman of $550,000 through cryptocurrency between October 2025 and January 2026.
