In Yobe State, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) arrested a man identified as Abbas for disguising himself as a woman to visit his girlfriend at her father’s house.
Reports say he gained access into the house but his behaviour drew attention and led to his arrest.
The NSCDC confirmed the incident, and said that investigations are ongoing to determine his motive and any possible security implications.
