Actor And Lecturer Patrick Okoye Reportedly Dies

Nollywood actor and lecturer, Patrick Okoye, a.k.a Energy, has passed away. The sad news was first shared on his Instagram page on Thursday, May 28, 2026, with the words: “Rest in peace legend.”
Nnamdi Azikiwe University, where he lectures also confirmed his death, describing him as a vibrant soul, respected Nollywood figure, and exceptional teacher.
