Since he doesn’t want to come to Kenya for the DNA test, I challenge him to send me a flight ticket so I can come to Nigeria and do the DNA. However, he will choose his own hospital, and I will choose mine.”

When you arrive, invite paschal through same media and plead with him to come do the DNA test at his hospital of choice and yours too.
Don't be waiting for flight tickets. Soon you will say if not biz class, you won't take.
Pity your little child please and solve this once and for all, while you look for something else to be doing your content.
