Duane “Keffe D” Davis is now the only man facing trial for the 1996 Las Vegas drive‑by shooting that claimed the life of rap legend Tupac Shakur, who died at 25. Prosecutors allege Davis didn’t fire the weapon but planned the retaliation, supplied the gun, and rode in the white Cadillac that pulled up beside Tupac and Suge Knight’s BMW on the night of the attack.

The suspected shooter, Orlando Anderson , Davis’ nephew died years ago, leaving Davis as the last surviving link to the gang feud between Mob Piru Bloods and South Side Compton Crips.
The feud escalated after Tupac and Suge Knight assaulted Anderson inside the MGM Grand earlier that night.
Davis now faces a potential life sentence as the trial proceeds in Las Vegas.
