Okwuoha, who once studied at Dundee University, spiralled into dangerous behaviour after a female student rejected him. What began as harassment escalated into terrifying threats ,he threatened mass murder, biological weapons, and even bombing the university.
He was jailed for 40 months in the UK, but deportation stalled when he defecated on himself to frustrate the removal team. After slipping into Ireland, he was detained again, and officials there insisted he posed a serious threat. He has now been deported to Nigeria.

It is mental illness if he is threatening to bomb a school or commit mass murder because of a woman's rejection. It is mental illness if he is defecating on himself. Others may not be, but this is.
