In a recent video, Henry said he is older than both Jude Okoye and the twins Peter and Paul Okoye. He claimed he was the one who first supported Peter and Paul when they had nothing and started their music work. According to him, Jude only got involved later once the group began making money and wanted to manage them.
He said;
“I watch Psquare’s videos and Paul’s, but I can’t conclude because I wasn’t there with them. They even promised me 20%, but I didn’t receive anything. I told Jude he wasn’t there when we started this music, but all of a sudden, he chased everybody away. I will be happy if they all come back together, but I’m not sure it’s possible because Jude has scattered everything. Paul Okoye is the nicest guy in our family, but all of a sudden, he changed. I don’t know whether Jude used juju on him. For two years now, I have never spoken to Jude."
Henry also said their late mother did not agree with Jude taking that role at first because she knew his character. He also said it feels like Jude used juju on Paul. He added that the family has eight siblings, but Peter and Paul no longer speak with the rest of them. Henry mentioned that their youngest sister is in Lagos and struggling, and that Jude and Paul do not care for her.
He said he has tried to help bring the brothers back together, including meetings with people like Sayyu Dantata and Emeka Ofor, but it has not worked. Henry expressed hope that Peter, Paul, and Jude can still reconcile.
This comes as the public feud between the brothers continues. Peter Okoye has released several videos giving his own account of money issues, property disputes, and the breakdown of the group. Jude has also shared responses denying some of the claims. There have been court cases involving allegations against Jude related to Psquare finances.

One thing is certain. Peter and Paul would have been better and bigger with a different manager who isn't family, if peter noticed a y shady stuff with a different manager he and his brother Paul would have switched management but Jude had Paul's mumu button and like his older brother Henry said"e fit be juju".

Google Bayo Odusami (Howie T) and PSquare. For some reason PSquare refused to mention him or give him any credit for the role he played in their music career. They were at his funeral though.

All i can say is that parents of this generation should do better. We really need to change the tide. Show your kids love. Let them know there's always love at home. We have enough stupid adults to last a lifetime already. Because there has to be the extent of love depravity, that adults will see a wanker as their messiah and brain. Our generation needs to do better abeg.

What Peter Told Me About Psquare's Break Up – Former Manager, Howie T

PSquares’s first manager, Howie T has spoken about the rift between the brothers in an interview with us. He stated that the brothers are adults and know what they are doing. He also mentioned speaking to Peter when the news of their issues broke.

When I saw Peter’s Tweets, I called him and even went to see him to talk to him about it. He said Jude is the problem that he doesn’t have any issue with Paul
He told me that in a normal setting, a manager is supposed to be their employee and not the other way round, but Jude always uses his influence as their elder brother to boss over them. He also said managers collect between 15 – 25 % of an artiste’s income but in their case they share everything equally and he’s not happy with that sharing formula.
In my opinion I think Peter is just trying to prove a valid point. He told me that he turned down a show Jude got them in Finland and when they called them for the Dubai show, he told the organisers what it takes to get Peter and Paul, what it takes to get Peter or Paul alone
Secondly, things like this messes up an artiste’s creativity, Peter is a composer, dancer and singer, when they sit down to vote on songs that’ll make their album, Paul and Jude vote for more of Paul’s songs than Peter’s and these are the things that pisses him off
It has gone beyond just beef now, there’s a lot of ego at play
In my opinion, for peace to reign, why can’t Jude just leave them alone, Peter has told me that if they change Jude today, there’ll be Psquare tomorrow and sadly the only person that can talk to them is their mother and she’s dead

ReplyDeleteBeyonce fired her own father who was her manager even though she owes her success to him. Matthew was the mastermind and driving force behind a lot of her success, but she still fired him after it was discovered that he was taking more money that he should. They can fire their current manager if he is stealing their money or taking more than the industry accepted management percentage. When they get rid of him and get new management they can do a reunited tour and actually see their money finally. A thief is a thief whether it is a relative or stranger. Seems like they were young and starry eyed and got manipulated.
ReplyDeleteWhy is their youngest sister suffering in Lagos? Jude, if you're out here skimming, the least you could have done is to ensure your other siblings are living in dignity. They don't have to be living lavishly like y'alls but they should be in a dignified state. Celine Dion made sure all her siblings got a house and she is from a family of 14 children. Jude, you couldn't make sure 5 siblings are settled with all the cream you got off the twins? Peter probably wouldn't be on you so hard if you had actually done something useful with the money and helped the others to live in dignity. You couldn't do Robin Hood, only saw mansions, businesses, and investments for yourself while your sister living hand to mouth and Henry had to go into hiding.
