Heavenly Father, we thank you for another beautiful Thursday morning.
But I will rescue you on that day, declares the LORD; you will not be given into the hands of those you fear. I will save you; you will not fall by the sword but will escape with your life, because you trust in Me, declares the LORD. (Jeremiah 39:17–18).
Beloved of God, no matter how deep the battle may seem, remember that our God never abandons those who put their trust in Him. The same God who delivered Daniel from the lions den and Joseph from the prison is still able to change every impossible situation.
Every trap of shame, tears we have cried in secret shall be replaced with songs of joy in Jesus name 🙏.

Dear Father, I thank you for my eternal life in Christ Jesus. I live with the consciousness that I have the God-life now, and I walk in this reality every day. Eternal life in me produces victory, excellence and dominion in Christ Jesus. Amen.

Mothers are truly golden, I must say. The trending video of a mother who visited her son’s school with a goat to celebrate him after he signed out was everything joy to me. I was teary and smiling at the same time. God bless every mother out there who’s looking out for the best for their children.

That moment he hugged his Mom was it for me. A proud mother and son captured in the pure euphoria of celebration.

Some of you may not understand that moment. My heart goes out to every parent who lost a child or two to cult-related activities in university. A moment like this would break them all over again.

QUICKENING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

'Revive me by your Word.' Psalm 119:25 TLB


The Bible is meant to be prayed through, meditated on and lived out. The key is the quickening (basically bringing something to life) of the Holy Spirit. 'But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he...shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit' (Romans 8:11 KJV). In this instance, 'quickening' refers to our bodily resurrection from the dead.

But the Holy Spirit quickens us in many ways. Sometimes it's a God-given idea that fires across our synapses. Sometimes it's a prompting to step up, step in or step out in faith. Sometimes it's a word of wisdom in a difficult situation. When the Holy Spirit quickens you in that way, don't hesitate. Act on the idea, seize the opportunity and speak the word.

This word 'quicken' has several meanings. Let's look at three of them: (1) To quicken means to catalyse. Think chemistry. Hebrews 4:12 says that the word is living and active. The same Spirit that inspired the writers in Scripture also inspires you as you read it. And when the living word is catalysed by faith, a supernatural reaction takes place that forgives sin, relieves fear, heals sickness, inspires ideas and births dreams. (2) To quicken means to transfer possession. Think of real estate. You just can't put a contract on a home; you have to go to completion. By faith, we take ownership of the word, and the word takes ownership of us. When the word is quickened, it seals the deal. (3) To quicken also means to conceive. When the word is conceived, it impregnates you with possibilities, changes your desires, eradicates your fears and forms the mind of Christ in you.

Have mercy upon us, Oh God! This is too much 😢

Waking up with a heavy heart today. Seeing how fragile life is right now makes everything feel so deep and real. People are passing away every single day, and it hits hard. Nothing here is promised. We are all just passing through this world, and tomorrow is never guaranteed to anyone. Life is short, fast, and uncertain. One minute we are here, and the next, we are just a memory. It makes you realize that all our struggles, pride, and worries mean nothing in the end. We are only surviving by the grace and mercy of God. Only His great power and love can hold us together through these dark and confusing times. When you look at the news and the streets, you see that humanity is vulnerable. We cannot save ourselves. We need a higher strength to watch over our families, our friends, and our neighbors.

Let us learn to hold each other close, Let us learn to be kind to one another. Tomorrow is never promised to any man. forgive quickly, and love deeply. Do not take your breath for granted. Cherish every single breath you take today. Hold your loved ones close and love deeply. Trust that mercy surrounds us even in dark times. Be kind to someone today because peace of mind is the greatest gift. Chai!

May God Almighty look down with pity and show His children great mercy. May He protect our lives, guide our steps, and give comfort to every broken heart today.

I ate corn for the first time yesterday since it came out.
I couldn't all this while because my teeth became sensitive after doing scaling and polishing, and filling of one cracked tooth.
My teeth has been remained the same since the procedure.
I have gone back to refile the filled tooth but I can still feel that something was added to my mouth.
It is touching my inner lower lip, the dentist said it's my imagination.
