I put my card, press wetin I need, con wait small, the machine start to do grra grra grra. E con push out the money, I carry am put for my small handbag sharp sharp, I no even check am. But as I take two steps waka leave the machine, my mind con tell me say "Babe, you no observe say dis money heavy you for hand pass as e suppose be? make you check this paper money o." Na so I bring out the cash con begin count. People of God, The machine chop grass give me extra pass the one wey I press o! Omoh! I look left, I look right, village people no send me message, That afternoon in Sagamu is a scar/blessing I will wear for the rest of my days. I can never forget that day.

But conscience say "My friend, enter that bank go drop that money make your life for no spoil."
I no waste time. I enter the bank, AC dey blow cold, but sweat dey cut for my body. I meet one security man, I tell am say "Oga, na mistake this machine make o." e con direct me to customer service. I con drop the extra cash for on top her table like person wey carry bomb, con explain say machine overpay me. The lady wey sit down blink eyes like five times, look me up and down like say I be ghost or person wey escape from psychiatric hospital. She no talk word for two minutes. E be like say for that Sagamu branch, nobody dey ever return extra cash. "Na you bring this one come?" I say, "Yes o, make EFCC no come knock my door for night." Lol 😆 She carry the extra cash, type computer, con thank me. She no even give me ordinary handshake or bottle of coke! e good?
Na since that day, my life don change. I no dey trust any machine again. I con turn proper ATM accountant. Any money wey come out laik dis, my hand must pass proper census before I move inch! I no dey just put money for pocket sharp sharp again o. If I withdraw money now ba, I go count am tire. I go stand there like mathematician wey fail exam three times. I go count the money one by one, two by two. I go hold the notes, spit small for thumb, count 1, 2, 3... even count back and front like say the money fit born pikin while I dey stand there. Even if na 500 Naira I withdraw, I must stand there dey shake the paper well like say I want make another note fall out from inside the one wey I dey hold. Even if queue dey behind me dey vex, I no send. No be me village people go use technical glitch catch.
So answering your question on spontaneous post today, Mc Pinky, I am guilty of checking and counting my money right after the ATM gives it out. My trust level is zero because of this experience

In simple English,there is a box for #1000 notes and then another for #500,so if you are the person on duty and mistakenly load #1000 in the box where #500 is suppose to be;it will dispense extra..
For example,let’s say the machine is suppose to dispense #500 in five pieces which is #2500 which a customer using the ATM requested,they now get five pieces of #1000,which is now #5000 instead of the #2500 they were suppose to get initially.
Now if the person controlling that particular ATM from inside doesn’t notice this on time,customers outside will think it’s free money but guess who pays for it?
The person whose duty it was to stack and control the naira notes inside the ATM to be dispensed to customers..
And that money MUST be paid back by you;From your salary or whatever.
So to control this,you cross examine very well from inside and if they notice that there are five ATM in the banking hall but all of a sudden customers are using a particular machine and not using others,then there could be a loading error from inside,so they shut it down from inside but the loss must be accounted for by whom was in charge because once cash is dispensed it’s not that easy to get back especially if the Customer isn’t banking with them but only came to use their card on the ATM.

Another great app is Gemini. If your phone accepts it, download from Google Playstore. If your phone does not accept it, you can use it directly on your browser. Type Gemini Ai and register. In the case of this Gemini, you will need to erase the watermark at the bottom of the picture you create, it is like a Star, this will make your picture look more professional.
You will download Magic eraser app and use it to erase any water Mark including Capcut watermark or any other mark on your picture.. This is a secret that many people don't know cos I see even celebrities posting pictures with Gemini watermark on them.

I already read through your replies to my post yesterday. Yes, our school always wants to keep some teachers busy with summer lessons. Their reason is that most parents will be at work, so they want the children to be engaged instead of staying idle.
This year, apart from the regular key academic subjects, we've also included skill learning activities like coding, sports, music and fashion and garment making to make the programme more interesting and beneficial for the children.

ReplyDeleteLie that i don't wash with soap ke? I've always done that all my life and i've never had any form of infection or whatever it is they claim it causes. I can never understand that use only water thing. It's not that soap will be inserted in there now, but the surroundings, the folds cannot be clean with just water ke. Anyway, to each his own.

ReplyDeleteYou should only wash the outside of your genitals (the vulva). Water is usually enough, but if you use soap, choose a mild, unscented one and apply it only to the external area. Do not use soap inside the vagina. The vagina is self cleaning, and washing its inner walls with soap can disrupt its natural balance and lead to irritation or infection.
