ReplyDeleteNot entirely true. First, it depends on the bills you’re paying. Second, it depends on the appreciation you get from the people benefiting from your sacrifice. Third, a man only becomes less romantic when he’s not yet established or guided. When he’s still struggling and bills feel like they’re killing him.
ReplyDeleteAn established man paying bills isn’t worried about money going out. He’s focused on the income his investments are bringing in.
So I agree with the quote but only as it applies to the percentage of men and women who are still struggling financially.
