Father Of Late Actress Nimmy Ferrari Breaks Silence After Mother’s Accusations

The father of late Nollywood actress and content creator Nimmy Ferrari has responded to the serious allegations made against him by her mother. In a video released after the mother’s emotional plea went viral, he stated clearly: “I can’t kill my child.”

He explained that Nimmy called him from a hospital in Ibadan where she had gone for fibroid surgery and told him the scan fees had already been paid and the operation would cost ₦3.6 million. He said he suggested a doctor he knew in Abeokuta and also mentioned herbal treatment options he was familiar with.

Speaking on the house where Nimmy was buried, he said she told him she wanted to build her own place. He contacted family elders, who agreed to give her a portion of family land free of charge. He said he supported the building process. According to him, Nimmy specifically asked him not to inform her mother about the project because her mother had previously sold a plot of land Nimmy bought through her.

He also raised concerns about belongings and money allegedly taken from the house after her death. He presented this as his full side of the story and firmly rejected the accusations made against him.

His response comes after Nimmy’s mother released a video accusing the father’s side of the family of opposing her burial in the newly completed Sagamu house and planning to sell the property.
She also claimed he offered no support during Nimmy’s hospital stay and referenced past family issues.

  2. Okay sir. Are you family members refusing for her to be buried in her newly built house or not?

  3. The comments here will be scanty because people have already "spent" their comments on cursing, insulting, trolling and condemning a man they don't know without hearing his own side of the story.

It's all too common here. It's the rule, not the exception. Once an allegation is leveled against a man, descend on him whether or not you know him or are ceased of the facts.

  7. The father saying the land belongs to him, makes it obvious why he wants to sell it now.

    1. That’s what is being said now. He claims to have supported the building process so I guess he wants to recoup his losses as soon as possible. He also mentioned she got the land for free, , dead gotta pay for what they got free in life.

Ppl should look at this story and see how quickly life goes on after death. Never think you are so loved by anyone because when push comes to shove, life goes on, and it goes on very fast for some. Realistically, the property would not stay unused of unsold for eternity but the speed at which it is moving feels some how. Folks don't get proper mourning anymore, bury today tomorrow it’s back to living life. End times love is no love at all. As Christ said in the last days the love of men would grow cold.

Enjoy your life and don’t just labour cause there is nothing to enjoy in the grave and your labours will go to others, even strangers. Worst, you may not even live to enjoy what you laboured for.

  8. If the land had been given to her then it is her lot, so why the rush to sell it. She’s literally not even cold in the grave so why the rush. This is why I don’t mess with family lands because nothing is truly yours. Nobody sold the lot she got all those years before she took claim on it and as soon as it is developed she mysteriously dies and a buyer appears on the scene at cosmic speed ready to buy. What a life! All her labour was for others. Interesting that she did not die before the completion of the house, she couldn’t even live in it one week before she was no more.
