The Importance of Making People Happy
Making people happy is one of the most underrated yet powerful acts in today’s world.
A simple smile, a kind word, or a thoughtful gesture can shift someone’s entire mood and brighten a day that was already heavy.
Happiness is contagious, and when you give it, it spreads far beyond the moment.
In a world where many people carry silent battles, choosing kindness becomes more than a good habit ,it becomes a lifeline.
You may not know what someone is going through, but your warmth, empathy and positive energy can become the only light they see that day.
Making people happy does not mean you are weak or trying too hard.
It means you understand the value of humanity. It means you choose to lift instead of break, to encourage instead of discourage, and to add joy instead of stress.
Life is already tough for many. Be the person who makes it a little easier.

NOTORIOUS FOR JESUS
Many years ago, my aunty was married to one Ibadan man. It was her second marriage. The man was doing well financially until he married my aunty, after which everything started going downhill for him.
He began visiting spiritual centres for prayers, and that was where he was told that my aunty was an ogbanje and that his life had suddenly become difficult because he had married her.
Long story short, he divorced my aunty and remarried.
Almost immediately, things gradually started getting better for him. To this day, he is doing fantastically well financially and still takes care of the children from his marriage to my aunty. However, my aunty has refused to remarry because she believes she is a curse to every man.
It was only later that I heard from my father that her first marriage had ended for the same reason.
My aunty believes she is truly jazzed and has vowed never to go near another man or consider marriage again because she believes she has a bad fate.
Personally, I don't believe in these things. I think it was merely a coincidence and had nothing to do with her. However, those experiences have reshaped her mindset and made it difficult for her to forgive herself.
She now carries the burden of believing that she is cursed simply because someone told her so.
She is currently 54 years old and has remained unmarried.
Her first marriage was same thing? second marriage same thing? And you don't believe? Is it not better to know than to feign that you don't believe and cause more harm? You don't believe what exactly? that ogbanjes exist?...
Well is her case so bad that she cannot date?
Make she look for a man of God that can pray with her and not the one that test gbensh her.

DIFFERENT TYPES OF WOMEN
Not every woman is a Proverbs 31 woman and honestly, that’s okay.
Some women are Deborahs — called to lead, speak boldly and stand on the front lines.
Some are Ruths — loyal, humble and faithful even when nobody is watching.
Some are Esthers — positioned for influence, with courage rising when the moment calls for it.
Some are Marys — chosen to surrender and carry a purpose they didn’t fully understand.
Some are Hannahs — shaped by prayer, waiting, tears and a faith that refuses to die.
Some are Abigails — wise, discerning and brave enough to step in before things fall apart.
Some are Miriams — worshippers, leaders and women who know how to praise God after surviving battles.
Some are Rahabs — women with complicated pasts who prove that your beginning does not have to determine your ending.
Some are Naomis — women who have lost so much, yet somehow find the strength to begin again.
Some are Lydia’s — business-minded, resourceful women who use what they have to make room for others.
Some are Priscillas — women who teach, guide and build alongside others.
Some are Mary Magdalene’s — women whose lives were transformed by God and who carried their testimony boldly.
And then there are Jezebels — a reminder that influence without humility, power without accountability and manipulation can destroy everything around you.
The Bible didn’t give us only one type of woman.
It gave us leaders.
Warriors.Mothers.Worshippers.Entrepreneurs.Intercessors.Survivors.
Women who waited.Women who fought.Women who failed.
Women who were restored.
And women whose lives became warnings.
So stop expecting every woman to look the same, love the same, lead the same or walk the same path.
You don’t have to be another woman. You just have to become the woman God created YOU to be.

oluwa Burna take your flowers 🌼🌹, what a massive school project in Awuda River State, and thanks to VDM for delivering such projects and kudos to the little girl that cried out for help and Burna Boy responded.
ReplyDelete#250million well spent.
If na Government Project, them for say na #10Billion.
Anyways I they River State currently for the commissioning of the school project today.
🙏🙏
Ahoada you mean. I have been seeing the video but I haven't watched it.

Ahoda abi Awuda?
DeleteYou don turn to Ajala the traveler 👍
That building was sub par and not up to N250 Million as claimed by VDM.
DeleteLOL
DeleteAwuda, abi na Ahoada or Ahoda, I no just no the correct spelling.
🤣🤣
I laugh when people says the project isn't up to 250m. You can only criticize what you aren't into. Though, wasn't there and wasn't present when the project was going on but wait a bit....
DeleteA bedroom bungalow to be erected from foundation to roofing level which I helped someone with the analysis has a total of 70million. Tiles, roofing and plastering included. The amount was a set target because the person doesn't want to go above his plans. The analysis is just to manage oooo.
4000 blocks alone from the analysis I gave had taken 3.6m.. Have you considered the cement, the iron rod(16mm), the labourers, the tiles, to mention but few.
Building has gone beyond what we are arguing anyways.
Ire ooo
Which spelling you sabi before? 🤣
DeleteThat building? Lol abeg abeg
DeleteThe correct spelling is Ahoada. It's a local government in Rivers State. Divided into East and West.

Pinky,
Delete70m for a bungalow? It must be a special kind of bungalow, maybe bulletproof. Why should I build a bungalow with 70m? Why exactly? Are you into building? I can give you quotations to show you can actually build a five-bedroom bungalow with less than 30-35 million naira. I can drop a quotation to prove all of this if you mind.
Do you know you don't have to buy rods since there's no decking, no column base in your foundation, etc? I'm into building as well, I know all of this. If you know my page and go through it, you will see buildings I have supervised and contracted. All I'm saying is that 70m is huge for a bungalow unless it's a special kind of bungalow, maybe with underground facilities.

ReplyDeleteI think you have to learn from your own write up. It's very important and you need not fake or pretend not to believe this. Personally, I do tell my friends when I was a bachelor and also to those who were single like me and my married friends that, whenever you are dating lady, you should be watchful and careful enough to know the changes that happens to you, else, if you ignore and proceed, then you will find it hard to reverse anything.
Once you start dating and things changed from good to bad for short period and picks up again, them such person is good. If your situation changes from good to better, bros, be happy and give God the glory but when things changes from good to worse and you tried correcting but things getting worse than ever, my brother, run oooo.
The above tells you that, dating a lady for a year or above(provided you are not playing her) is good. This period will help you see so many things but our d!ck won't allow us. Same applicable to the women.
Ire oooo
I recently watched a movie on Lilian Afeg...'s YouTube featuring Blossom and Bisola. I didn't know Lilian was the lead actress until I saw the movie credits. What are these girls doing to their faces that is making them unrecognisable?

ReplyDelete52-year-old American actress Hilary Swank recently announced that she's expecting her third child with husband, Philip Schneider.
Now, my question is:
Is it only in Nigeria that women are considered too old to conceive and give birth because of their biological clock? I’m genuinely confused because, in Western countries, we often hear about women in their fifties conceiving naturally and having babies. Why does it seem so different here?
