Justice Crack Slams ₦5 Billion Suit Against Nigerian Army, Chief of Army Staff and AGF Over Alleged Rights Violation
ReplyDeleteControversial social media commentator, Justice Crack, has filed a ₦5 billion fundamental rights suit against the Nigerian Army, the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), and the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) over alleged breach of his fundamental human rights. The suit was filed on Tuesday, September 30, 2026, through his legal team.
In a public statement posted on his X handle, Justice Crack disclosed that he was taken into custody by members of the Nigerian Army on April 28, 2026, and has since been facing criminal proceedings. Although the court granted him bail, several months have passed without remedy for what he described as a violation of his constitutional rights. He stressed that the new action is not an attempt to interfere with the ongoing criminal proceedings but a lawful step to seek judicial determination on the circumstances surrounding his detention. Justice Crack said he was again in court on September 28, 2026, as the criminal case continued but insisted that the rights violation must be addressed separately. According to him, every citizen, regardless of views or circumstances, is entitled to the protection of the law. He added that he would refrain from making further comments that could prejudice both cases. No date has been fixed for hearing of the new suit.

Court Orders Wike’s Son to Produce US Passport in $2.1 Million Abuja Land Dispute
ReplyDeleteAn Abuja court has directed Jordan Ezenwo Nyesom-Wike, the son of Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike, to present his American passport. The order came as a $2.1 million civil case against him continues.
The suit, numbered CV/008/2026, is before Justice Sylvanus Oriji at the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Maitama. The claimants are Safwan Garba GY and his company, GY Global Oil and Gas Nigeria Limited. They say Jordan agreed to help them get 30 hectares of land in Katampe and another 30 hectares in Guzape.
According to the claimants, Jordan told them the facilitation fee was $2.1 million. Of that amount, $2 million was said to be for his father, the FCT Minister, while $100,000 was his own fee. They claim the cash was handed over on 26 September 2025 in the presence of Adamu Sani, Aliyu Sarki and Sai Wani. Jordan was accompanied by someone identified as Onor Sandy.
The claimants say that after collecting the money, Jordan neither delivered the land nor returned the funds. They further claim he stopped communicating with them.
The matter is also tied to a joint venture agreement dated 17 October 2025. Under that arrangement, the parties were to build 24 units of six-bedroom duplexes on land in Guzape New Extension and Katampe New Extension. The claimants say they were to put in $4.2 million while Jordan was to provide the land.
Jordan has denied every allegation. At the hearing, he adopted his statement on oath rejecting the claims. During cross-examination he stated that he travelled out of Nigeria on 26 September 2025. That led the claimants’ lawyer to ask for his American passport to be produced. The judge granted the request.
The case remains ongoing. No judgment has been delivered and the allegations have not been proven in court.

TRAGEDY IN BENUE: HOUSE AGENT ALLEGEDLY KILLS STUDENT AFTER COLLECTING ₦150,000 RENT
ReplyDeleteA heartbreaking story has emerged from Benue State, where 25-year-old Naomi Dooshima, a Mass Communication student at Benue State University, was allegedly murdered by a fellow student who had posed as a house agent. Naomi was searching for accommodation when she met Shago Jaffet, who claimed he could help her secure a suitable apartment. Trusting him, she reportedly transferred ₦150,000 through a POS transaction as a deposit for the property.
However, according to the police, Shago never secured the apartment. Instead, he allegedly gambled away the money. When Naomi began demanding either the apartment or a refund, the situation reportedly took a horrifying turn.
Shago allegedly invited her to his residence under the pretext of finalising the accommodation arrangements. Sadly, Naomi never made it back home.
Police accounts indicate that she was allegedly attacked with a cutlass and killed inside the residence.
Her body was subsequently moved under the cover of darkness and dumped on a nearby vacant plot of land. Her clothes and mobile phones were reportedly scattered along the roadside in what investigators believe was an attempt to mislead authorities and conceal the crime.
As days passed without any contact from Naomi, her worried family and friends reported her missing to the police.
Investigations eventually led to the discovery of some of her belongings and, ultimately, her body, transforming the missing-person case into a murder investigation.

DeleteThe most interesting latest news highlight for me is the public feud between Prophetess Sommy and Ada Zion.
ReplyDeleteThe issue began after Prophetess Sommy criticized Ada Zion's grand birthday celebration, which featured male attendants/bodyguards.
Ada Zion celebrated her birthday in grand style with heavy fanfare and gifts, but Prophetess Sommy publicly called her out, claiming the display and choices did not align with Christian standards for a female minister.
Tensions worsened when Prophetess Sommy ranted on TikTok complaining that her own congregation does not shower her with tangible gifts or money like Ada Zion's followers do.
The disagreement quickly spiraled into a bitter exchange of insults, with Prophetess Sommy firing back at critics and targeting Ada Zion with explosive personal accusations, including labeling her a husband snatcher.
As online backlash and threats from Ada Zion’s supporters grew, Prophetess Sommy issued a stern video warning stating that any physical confrontation brought to her ministry would be met with an off-camera physical fight.
I am a young lady, from Cross. I do zobo, tiger nut, juice and moimoi to help myself for now. I wanted to venture into this extra business so I can save enough money to move into a better apartment. Presently, I am staying in a face-me-I-face-you apartment with a leaking roof, but I am still managing.
ReplyDeleteI saw this on Lolo Mbkara's post when she was in China for business and I picked interest. She posted it on her Facebook page.
I paid N710,000 for a bail (N600k), boxers and handbags. This amount already included shipping. But now this woman is demanding extra money, claiming it is from government / shipping company.
She said we must pay N100 per cloth (600 clothes x N100 = N60,000 extra per bail) and N1k per 5kg of oil.bags 250 per bag,jean 200 per jean,pants 100 per pant
Please ma I just need your help. How true and possible is this after making full payment that already included shipping 3 months ago?
She promised to send tracking numbers after shipping, but for 2 months she never sent anything. She only came at the end of August to say there is an extra charge and that goods will arrive first week of September. September has passed and now she is saying goods have landed and we should prepare extra money to her personal account, with no official invoice from the shipping company.
Many of us are affected. Please help
