Femi is obviously reacting to President Jonathans Recent actions concerning state pardon.
"The official gazzette shows that Generals Diya and Adisa were pardoned for their crimes as far back as 1999. Despite this it appears that President Goodluck Jonathan has pardoned them all over again in 2013. I cannot understand how any government can pardon two people for a crime that they had already been pardoned for 13 years earlier. It is truly amazing!"- Chief Femi Fani-Kayode
