We all need enemies...oh yes we do!
otherwise in whose presence will God prepare a table for you?...your enemies!
who is supposed to sit back and watch your cup running over?.....your enemies!
When you pray for your enemies to die,in whose presence will God prepare a table for you?
Now my question is.....Should we pray to God to bless those who hate/curse us or pray to him to put them six feet under?
Do you see life as a battle where the fittest survives or you see it as a do or die thing where the fittest survives and others should go and die?

The truth is, life is a matter of survival of the fittest buts wrong to wish anybody bad. Wheather u like it or not, u are an enemy to someone somewhere. The bible ways that we should do onto other what we want others to do to us. So pray for ur enemies to change their minds or watch u sucssed. My 2 cents

DeleteI honestly don't put my enemies in prayers, i don't even remember them ( i don't even want to believe i have enemies ) but i think it will be nice for them to live long and see what we have become. The sweetest revenge is success, i mean all round success. In my own case, it feel's good to see my uncle's children come to me for help after he seized every thing from us when my dad died.

In my opinion, I d say focus less on your percieved enemies but more on yourself. If you divert the energy used in praying for them to "fall down and die" in praying for yourself, you would be a better person

while in school some close friends turned against peddling evil rumour against. Among them was one who told lies just to go with trend of this rumour- i didn't know. I had the law enforcement agency involved cuz i wanted them dealt with. My bf begged me n she followed me everywhere beggn cuz she knew she wudda bn locked up for being involved in dat false allegation. She was an enemy i had to pray against to leave my life in all ways n that prayer was answered. We r no longer friends. So u must pray abt ur enemies if u wanna move forward. ReplyDeletei pray for my enemies to die and receive the judgement of God but the truth is we all know God decides what he does with them at his own time. we have heard cases of people who died before deliverance came for some people..spiritual warfare is real and demonic powers need to be spoken to and commanded to hands off your life...i have been childless for some years now and all fingers pointed to my mother-in-law...I have never been one to think u blame people for your woes but when i look at things that have happened, what she said and the dreams i used to have before miscarriage i really started to pray for God to reveal the root .I only just recently believed because of the personal revelation i got because all this while i just felt it could not be possible.....but i know her days are numbered and i already have the victory.....i have however not stopped calling her or sending money to her cos she has been sick.....God has the final say and his word must surely come to pass.....Even in the place of warfare even if you know who is causing your problem all believers are called to walk in love.....all you do is deal with them with caution and ask God for wisdom cos in the end it is not your battle....it is also not physical and only him has the power above principalities and rulers of darkness...

ReplyDeleteScripturally, the Bible encourages us to pray even for our enemies while also askinsg God to protect us from them. The reason is that we do not have permission to ask God to kill anyone. He himself said veangance is mine. He will serve it in due time. What we should is to ask God for His will to be done.

For me, I am a forgiver, i don't have the energy for battles or even banters
If a friend treats me wrongly, i simply withdraw from the friendship without bitterness and if there's an opening to be kind to that friend in future, i still will be kind
If there's an opening to treat that person bad, will I take it? NO I won't
Life is too short for all these battles, you don't know when your time will be over

Let's leave the battles to God and make peace with everyone

D recent one dat happend was after my wedding, my so called friend called me and instead of congratulating me cos my wedding was a success, she was busy telling me all d wrong things dat happend at my wedding....how dis person was complaining dat she didnt eat, how dis one wore a funny dress, she actually said all doz things to make me feel bad cos she noticed I was happy about d whole wedding, and now she just did her wedding and everything went wrong, d hubby was busy chasing girls on their wedding day, collected my sis number right infront of me (d wife's frnd), d hubby was just misbehaving and people were complaining and wondering how d girl will cope wit dat kinda man cos he lacks respect for d wife and marriage itself, acting as if he was forcedto marry my friend. Anoda was how I got a job and my friend got jealous went at my back and seduced my boss and d woman wrapper gave her d job, weeks later, they quarrelled and d girl was disgraced out of d office, she ended up spending one week in jail... I dont have time to wish them bad...God fights for me always...

That so called enemy in flesh has been possessed by a demon so you need to pray for her/his deliverance. However, poverty, lack, sickness, indebtedness, sorrow, etc are ENEMIES of your life and they must die by fire. Let us pray with understanding.

The one person that I know I have cursed was my ex boyfriends mum.
I cursed and prayed (back to sender) for her for 30days straight.
I said cursed and prayed because I knew she was planning evil for me and using jazz. So I knew my 'back to sender prayers were curses in disguise.
I woke up 3am for 30days straight. If you fight me with jazz, I will fight you with prayers.
That's about the only 'enemie' I've ever acknowledged in my life and it was simply because she involved jazz.
Every other person that is just jealous/envious/ or doesn't wish you well should simply just be ignored. Karma deals with such. (As long as you are a good person)
Seriously stella we can do witout enemies in our lives. Especialy those ones who delcare themselves ur enemies because u r progressing both maritaly and financialy and they fight u spiritualy. Even d bible saya that we war not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers.
