Please I need help from the doctors/medical people in the house. I am getting married at the end of February, and I have a problem that we agree that need to seek medical help
In the past two years, I have observed that I come too quickly, and right now I am looking for a reputable clinic/doctor that specializes in such or similar issues (if they exist), either located in Lagos or Abuja.
Several names and addresses of the clinics/doctors are welcome
In the meantime, does any doctor have any recommendation of what I can do, till I get to visit the hospital?

Regarding causes of premature ejaculation, there are psychological causes as well as physiological. Psychologically, habits can result in PE. When young boys engage in sex, they do it in haste so as to not get caught in the act, so with time, the mind is conditioned and the body reacts this way. So when you are having normal sex in later life, your body system still expels semen quickly thinking you don't want to be caught. Masturbation too is another root cause. Physiologically, other factors like High Blood Pressure can cause premature ejaculate. Even some of the drugs used in treating it has such side effects that's PE. The foods we eat like carbs, sugar, soft drinks, alcohol are pleasure killers in the bedroom.
For help before you get your doctor's appointment, please cut back on drinks if it's not water, eat food like bananas, carrot, watermelon and seeds, bitter kola etc. Exercise to reduce Blood pressure, free your clogged arteries and get a good heart.
Also learn to reduce anxiety. Do not get worried with how you can deliver. Just relax and go with the flow. Do not make too too thrusts that are slow while you are it. If you feel too pleasured, slow down and go back to foreplay.
But most importantly, seek Doctor's help. It must not be a special clinic. A Doctor will help you manage this.
