Comedian I Go Dye Shows Off House He Built For His Mum And Backs It Up With A Testimony

Awwwwww..

What he has done is not different from those you people cuss out for showing off...A show off is a show off ....He could have still told us the story without the house photo..LOL

Is that the real house or the Architects design?Just asking cos it looks too clean on red sand.

My Bros God bless!

    1. Awesome! He should show off jare, he has come a long way. The difference between his and others, is simply because we all know he worked hard for it. I remember days he would crack jokes with his humble beginnings and family. My favourite of all time. Truly a beautiful house.Congratulations igodye.

    1. Me I don't know what Stella's is saying sha, but show off or not it's worth it. It's not easy sometimes we should give ourselves a pat in the back for how far we have come but in the end God deserves all the praise

  4. This doesn't look like a show off to me,rather I see it as a testimony.
I am not easily moved but I was moved to tears while reading this.
The love and bond between a mother and her son is just so strong and it hit home for me.
Whether it is an architectural design or not, whether he even ends up building just a bungalow it is the thought behind it that matters and it is a great testimony to the pic showed above.
People have suffered hmmmm. I thank God for my life and upbringing.
Congratulation I Go dye and his mother.
May you continue to be a source of joy for her.

    1. Interesting.... I thought you will say: so that they will be inspired to go into the world and build on your effort. #IMO 90% of omo baba olowo announcers are average when its their turn to perform. I have examples from people in the late 50s to my age mates in the marketplace - some who are open to me and others i observe from afar. Most lack resilience to hold their own. I believe that Whatever you do/have, dont make your children feel entitled to your wealth; let them not even think its up for announcement that:I AM XX CHILD. Because they expect people to address/treat them differently by such utterances.

Na advice i give oh.... no be fight.

  13. I only picked one thing from what he said: not everyone can be doctors or lawyers etc. And it's a fact! Abeg make una no dey push una children pass where God ordain. Because eventually God's will would stand above yours. It may take long, but it will eventually come to pass.

  14. Stella maybe there should be a post about children forced to read subjects and courses that weren't their first choice. I'm sure we will have a swirl time! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’ƒ

  20. Stella it's not a show off and that's the essence of the story. Now he is not showing the interior but a proof of what he is thanking God for. Stella you get small bad belle o ...or what's the idea behind you saying is it the architectural plan or real thing. Or you think he is not capable of building something that beautiful. Look closely it's the real thing. Am not his fan but I must confess he has done very well and am impressed. And for him to appreciate his mother with a beautiful home he has shown he did and will not forget his humble beginning.
