Gov Zulum Debunks Claims Of Ordering Arrests Over Political Criticism
Borno State Governor Prof Babagana Umara Zulum has denied ordering the arrest of anyone, whether opposition supporters or people who criticise his administration. He said the talk flying around is not true and that nobody is being picked up on his instructions.
The governor explained that his focus is on governance and security, not chasing anybody up and down. According to him, people are free to express themselves, and his government is not in the business of arresting critics.
