You just have to hope for the best, try applying for redeployment, start making moves to port to another bank- ure obviously experienced it's easier. This is serious ooo.....Poster pray to God to just let some events happen that will make the management decide to transfer your shameless boss out of ur branch.....i had an experience like that at work about 4yrs ago....the white man i was reporting to just disliked me for no reasons,,there was nothing i did well in his sight,,always complaining and he even threatened to make sure i was sacked. This man never asked me out but maybe he had it in mind,,i cant say.....i informed my mum and my pastor and the three of us went on 7 days fasting and prayer....some weeks after the fasting and prayer,,the guy went on leave and so he traveled to his home country.....it was during his leave period that the management of the company sent him a mail that his services was no longer needed,,,,so after his leave,,he only returned to take his personal things in the office and hand over all the company's properties and documents in his possession....that's the power in prayer and fasting....try do same if you love your job or start looking for another job....it is well!!!

The one that triggered my anger is a house of rep member that started touching my boobs and down their in his office. 4 just contract. He tried to lure me to his house to sign the contract. I said never. Another one thought I was into runs and told me to meet him after work in a restaurant. I tagged my friend along.when we discussed he realised I wasn't like other girls and apologised. He also told me to leave the job immediately. I tendered my resignation letter the following week with no job at hand. I cried to God that he should help me.

Talk to your HR department about the harrasement and ask for a transfer. Old pepper about 4 months ago (b4 she started draggin her moniker with some heifer) or something once mentioned she's from Izuogu and was lookin 4wd to their carnival/celebration. Infact she didn't directly say whr she's from, a BV here identified with her thru dialect... And recently on one of sdk's post and comments querrying her authenticity she still mentioned her place. ReplyDeleteThere's no bank where this is happening and the harassed person has proof of harassment and has filed a complaint with HR where something won't be done.
ReplyDeleteWe forget that banks are highly regulated and banks cannot afford to leave themselves open to law suits. I say to the young man, gather evidence of this harassment and make a complaint to HR as soon as possible. They will transfer you and discipline her, if she's not a top performer she will probably lose her job, if she is a top performer, demotion.
It's a shame but complaining to Stella won't solve your issue, complaining to HR will. If they do not answer you, take them to court. They will settle.

ReplyDeleteI ve been in this type of situation before,i prayed seriously about it ,miraculously,i was transferred to another region when i least expected it.I think you should pray and hand it over to God.
