DeleteKourtney Kardashian has breast implants.She did it at the age of 23 specifically when she finished college.there are two methods of implantation, the under the muscle one which is inserted through the belly button thereby bypassing any gland and tissues in the breast. therefore the implants stay under the breast tissues,so milk production is possible as the breasts tissues are not damaged.kourtney K, Kelly Rowland, Kendra baskett and even Wendy willams have their implants put in through this method and there is the other one which is the direct insertion through the nipples where the breast tissues in most cases are actually damaged and the implants stay on top of the glands and tissues, as the damage in this method is much, it's far less expensive than the former method and milk production though very possible but difficult to let out as the glands and tissue to allow for this have been damaged and this method can lead to severe scarring as time goes on and the patient would be required to change the implants for safety reasons and to avoid infection.Im sorry I just had to comment again as I noticed BVs arguing about who did and did not,I'm an intern in this field and I just felt the need to educate.
