The incumbent is Mrs Nkoyo Toyo, and Kate was only used to defuse her influence with the female voters while one of the preferred male "professional", do-no-good, male politicians emerges. Mrs Toyo was the only representative that tried to make a difference so, naturally, she was not popular with the establishment who are of course anti the people. The male "representatives" are all a bunch of useless people, with no exception. Take it from me I know what I am talking about cos I am from there.
