After reading the whole saga that took me hours, this is my opinion.
DeleteA 29 year old lady having sex with a 21 year old boy because of his celeb status, shows she is loose!
Davido sleeping around without condom shows he is irresponsible!
She accepted the monthly payment, promise of a car and weekend visitation, because taking care of their child was taking a toil on her physically, financially and emotionally! It was more of a relief to her.
Are the Adelekes not doing a better job looking after their granddaughter than her? Forget sentiments and put the child's well being first.
She is crying foul because she didn't get the car she was promised. From July to december? She was enjoying the 300k and her lifestyle, influential family or not!
Davido, let her be. Buy all the baby food, clothes and diapers. Register her with your family doctor for all her immunization and treatment in case she falls sick. Pay for her school fees directly and visit often.Don't give her a dime, anything she wants for the baby, she should ask for it! Then time shall tell.

And shame on coco because she is also a woman. karma is a bitch coco remember that. Only the court can take a baby away from the mother without consent. Secondly, if it is true that Sophie is on crack then shame on her family for being so passive. From the narrative she has a mother, why didn't the mother take over? If they prefer the baby to the money why did she take the money and apartment and consistently asked for the car? Esp when the baby wasn't with her? Shame on immigration for allowing a baby to leave the country without the consent of both parents the first time round. Isn't it an international agreement or something? It is standard everywhere? Definitely they need to return the baby and ask nicely for permission to see the baby. That's the law. ReplyDeleteI believe the Adeleke's are determined to let Sophia have the child and raise her without the privileges they offered prior since the Momodu's were ready to fight dirty but I don't blame either party. It is a very dicey situation, a child shouldn't be without the mother and then, a baby shouldn't be used as a meal ticket. The moral of the story is to procreate in a Godly manner. I only pity the baby in all these because even the uncle wont raise her and the maternal grandma can't be relied on judging from how the mother turned out.
