      The point is the minister of health said the present figures at the budget under ministry of health isn't what he presented


      That some rats in the government smuggled in their own figures and made the budget high. So they should cancel what is there so he can send them the original budget..

      This came about after he was called out on Twitter to explain what he needed all that sum for. So he released a press statement..


      Now that's where the whole rat story is coming up from
