RE- Chronicles Of Blog Visitor Narrative.

I have turned this into a post for those it may concern......

NARRATIVE NUMBER TWO
RE-CHEATING WITH SAME SEX

Hi Stella, I really wish to reply to the woman that cheated with a lez partner on chronicles yesterday and also Educate BVs on Esan tradition as regards adultery.

As an Esan man who was born and brought up in the village (Igueben to be precise), I know a lot about our tradition as regards infidelity in marriage. We call it "throwing her legs in the bush"

Read Facts below.
1. All Esan men are lords to their wife(ves) in esan culture that's why the wives call their husbands "Ebialen or Enoyan Mhen" translated directly as "My Lord". The men are FREE to date or have a concubine outside their wives, except in the case of incest or bestial acts.

2. If any married woman is caught sleeping with a man(married or unmarried), they will take her to mkt or village square and put a block on her head and sing shameful or mockery songs to her and she will be paraded round the whole village, then the secret traditional ablution will be done in the Royal Palace or the Eldest man (odiowele)'s house and she will be free from the sin and its implication.

3. B4 year 2000, in my village, If a woman commits adultery and refused to tell anyone (witches will know tho), the husband will become sick with belle swollen and the woman will be questioned till she opens up or the man will die. But if she told the husband and nothing is being done, the man will die gradually and the male children may also be affected. But from year 2000, the curse was reversed and the woman now bears the curse alone, nothing dey happen to the men again cos na pot wey drink oil dey put yansh for fire.

BUT LEZBIAN SEX WAS NOT REALLY IN THE LAW THEN O cos we never heard of that. Pen-is meant for cat, lol... Na man and woman mata most, not really woman to woman tin.

4. If a woman's husband dies, after the burial, no other ceremony (eg wedding by the kids) will be held in the house until she did traditional washing of feet, tho the tradition is now being frowned at by this recent christian generation, yet, it stlll hold amongst the young widows. If a widow has done the traditional washing of the feet, she is then free to date or marry any man she wished to.

In conclusion, I hate the fact that men are praised for and go free after an adultery. I can say that Marriage to an Esan man by a lady from another tribe is not an easy ride except the man and his people are genuine born again, educated and don't live in the village or too traditional.

As a christian, only God has power to cleanse and make whole, so I advise you tell your God Alone (cos na lezbian thing na, no be pe*is you shag). Only if you can forgive yourself, else involve your trusted pastor or priest too.
If you must marry an Esan man, marry the one you will enjoy and endure s3x with for ever and ever. Sorry for any typos and to west ur time.

Best Regards

Oscar Moses.

    5. Oscar Moses nice one.

Experienced most of them during my 5yrs stay in ekpoma.

The only reason why I can't ever marry an Esan man is because they are lords to their wife.

My cousin is married to one that thinks he's the best thing that happened to her. That's how they treat their wives. There are exceptions though but it's like 1%.

      I'm edo.

I am even the hot headed one, I do that tho to prevent pple from taking advantage of him.

  24. Esan and their numerous taboos. A certain man has travelled for better living and told the iyawo that he is going to marry again over there to secure himself. His family sef are in support of this second option. Meanwhile he has kids here already. Same Esan.
Also, still Esan, one warned the wife not to go outside with the male child as they lost a member of the family who was being buried. Funny enough, the death occured in the village while this couple stay in Lagos. Meanwhile the woman was not allowed to step out with the kid for a whole week. Pikin de house while e mates de school.

  31. I'm currently dating an Urhobo guy, he's very nice. But I'm scared because I heard their men are not nice again after marriage and my mum is scared because of past issues she has heard about Urhobo people. I'm not tribalistic but I just have to consider these things because I've seen to many bad marriages around me and can't afford to have one.

    1. In courtship you must be deaf to the opinions of others, but open to the opinion of God and the elder of the family. Trust God, not the location and background of an individual.
If your family have had issues ewitch a particular tribe, hence it affecting your relationship. If it's meant to be, it will be, just don't force anything.

  33. I beg to differ, from what I have seen ,and watch very close friends married to men from these ethnic group indulging in extra marital affairs right from their matrimonial home and nothing seems to happen to them, their spouses and children, I begin to doubt the realness of these traditions.I recently asked a friend who is aware the younger sister is sleeping around with different men even with the man who brought her to lime light, she calls him boss in front of everyone and baby when they are together .nothing has happened to her.she still brags about it,oppresses her staff, sleeps out almost every day, Some times I wonder if all these tradition really stands, and the place of karma.I have watched her break homes without remorse and still call God, posting lies on instagram.clue she's a model in the same "sabulu "company with flavours baby mama

Despite the fact that what she did isn't right.. Many men take advantage of the fact that they can cheat and get away with it and that's very sad.. 45. You should be ASHAMED of the toy you are! You sat behind your computer to write this thrash. What kind of tradition is this. All Esan toys called men should cover their faces with a basket in shame. Why don't you have a tradition to; buy your wives cars, send them to the best universities in the world to study, have a bible study group in your homes, build roads and bore holes in your communities, build orphanages and so on. Why must "indiscriminate sex" be your tradition. Very soon your warped brain will tell me that all these other ones were "oyibo contraptions", the computer or device you used to type this thrash, was it "Esan contraption"?

All you have succeeded in doing is to alert us never to let our sisters or friends ever marry an Esan degenerate being! You are not fit to have a penis in between your thighs!

  56. My dad is Esan...cheated on my mum severally. To her face, treated her badly and eventually left her.I grew up in the most abusive and depressing environment u can think of,cuz he treated my sister and I badly cuz we were females, and treated my brothers like kings. My point is... Dont marry an Esan man! Period.
