Who Inspires/Inspired You?

Who inspires you to keep going on?...Before I became a Journalist,i already knew that was wanted i wanted to do...I was inspired by the MEE (May Ellen Ezekiel)

Reading her everyday was like a breathe of fresh air for me..Whats your story?Who is your story

When i started the writing Journey,I visited The Sun Newspapers and Femi Adesina became my inspiration,i wanted to write like him,be like him....So with thoughts of MEE,my eyes on Mr Adesina and experience from my former Boss Kunle Bakare,I set out on the Journey to gather firewood...lol

    1. For me my sole source of inspiration is my love for making my mom happy. That woman has tried so hard, worked her butt off and all so she's my inspiration. I'm presently working in a corporate environment, some days I hate my job but when I think of the numerous jobless people out there and also remember God's goodness in my life, I'm full of appreciation and humility but I have my eyes set on doing a business and not the usual buying and selling that almost everyone is into but Something different and so unique! My biggest challenge is capital but I have handed it over to God right now all I'm doing is perfect my plan and be ready so once the capital comes I will start up running!

  2. Love what you do and do what you love.
If what you do isn't your "dream job' then find a way to do something that would make you enjoy the job.
For those who work in the corporate world you can still pursue your dreams while you work.
What I am doing presently was something I ran away from for years but now I am loving it because everyday I find something to incorporate into my work that makes me happy.
I also do other things I love on the side.
Also remember to choose a mentor and research the persons success. Continue to improve yourself, don't see one place as your last bus stop.
Strive to be better and you will succeed.
    Lastly don't envy people.
There is no one like you, there is only one you. Be different!

    2. One quote inspired me many years ago. A contestant on a pageant show said it, and it has remained with me for over 15years. "Happy are those who dream dreams and are willing to pay the price to make them come true". I paid the price, my dreams are coming true. Thankful.

  9. Well as for me, my parents inspired me most especially my dad honourable ethelbert. when i got married. I felt like i have gotten everything that i wanted and i can now relax and enjoy life but my parents called me on phone and said, Ada my daughter, if you don't go back and continue pursuing ur dreams, you will regret it in future. Ur certificate is not enough. Go and learn new things and add to ur knowledge since u re lucky to have a supportive man. I went back to school, i learnt about blogging, fb ads, black hat, importatuon and selling of bags via jumia online store at the comfort of my home binary and the rest of them through my mentor mostly jide ogunsanya, victor, larry success and so many people. Thats how i was able to know that u can make millions online if u re willing to invest and learn new things with determination plus making research. I could remember then am always on system 247 that i later developed eye problem and was given glasses at niger optical. Always watching youtube videos on how to suceed. I really thank God atleast am enjoying it now. When u have a supportive partner plus God things will be easy whether married or single.

    3. I went thru one yesterdays post where some anonymous said am telling lies about online business. LMAoo. Ok dear anonymous let me explain to u what i mean by dollar is affecting one of my online biz. Example when i run fb ads on fb using my Zenith bank master card, they charge me 304 per dollar but last mth 23rd when google paid. diamond bank converted it for me at the rate of 199/200. Which is pure cheating but when u do online transaction, they charge 304/305. The people enjoying it are those that has dormiciary acct reason being that they can withdraw in dollars then go to aboki and change. They re the ones enjoying the high price of dollar. But i wasnt able to do that cos i have problem with my bvn cos i mistakenly used wrong date of birth.

I dnt need anyone to believe me, i am just creating awareness online, if u have data to browse blogs every minute to drop comments, u can equally use that data to research online and do meaning ful things with ur life and be self employed I have no reasons what so ever to tell lies. If u doubt me ask any blogger what i said.

If you are good at writing articles, you can register at some sites online like Iwriter, or join fiverr where u will be delivering order for people and be making money.
If u re good in business, get an online shop at jumia, attend their meetings so that they will explain how everything works, get goods and when u must have agreed with their terms and conditions and signed the necessary documents, they will give u an online store where u will be selling ur stufs. When anybody orders for ur stuff, u will give it to their delivery man who will deliver to the person at the end, jumia will take their own percentage while u take ur own.

Inatead of doubting me, ask questions, make inquiry thats why u have Google.

Up next is binary and how fiverr works. Stay tuned.

  22. Growing up I was inspired by so many people..

My late dad was my biggest inspiration.he was very brilliant,a genius..
He was a very good writer, too bad he never got around to publishing any.
He loved to read..he had one of the most impressive library I have ever seen till date.
So yes..I always wanted to be like him.
Funny enough, my dad wanted me to play basketball.
He loved the sport..but he never got around to playing professionally,so he wanted me to live his dream.(Story for another day)

Another person that inspired me was the late gani fawehinmi.he was the reason why I wanted to study law..

But then things changed..I diverted from law.

I've also been inspired by wole soyinka, chinua achebe, kayode ajala, oprah winfery, maya angelou, stella dimoko, and oh yes, and former governor of ogun state, segun osoba..who knew he was a good writer? I've read his works.

And then, in the culinary world, I'm inspired by my mom, then there's martha steward, gordon ramsey, jamie oliva, ina, paula, and good 'ol buddy velaso.

    Lemme stop here for now.

My dad had so many books...inspirational,documentaries,Romance,Crime etc.

During our James Hadley Chase discussions,if you are not someone that enjoys reading, you would be forced to borrow one from our house because na floating thinzz.

Never saw someone that had so much zeal to read and write like him,so intelligent too.
This is someone that dropped out of school so his siblings could go to school.

He went back to school against all odds.
I "borrowed" a lot of his books, even some not too appropriate ones at my tender age,i had a key.LOL

So I moved to my own home and got me a Shelf too...filled with awesome books, properly arranged ooh.

Pains me that my reading culture has reduced greatly.
