Dinner...

Errrrm...I am out having Dinner....What should I order for you?LOL
Will be back to work when I am done....Please excuse me!.

      So this evening, after my kurukere moves, on my way home I stopped by at the mall/shoprite, where I saw oga Reuben sef lol. Anyway I got me some chopped lamb and okro, plus a bit of pepper. In my mind I planned to eat draw soup with whatever swallow (haven't touched swallow in 3yrs or more..hard for me). So here I was a bit excited I'd have something different. But I wasn't looking fwd to cooking and waiting long before eating, as I was extremely famished.
      And boom, got home, as if God knew how tired I was that He had to save the night. Got home to some freshly made okro with goat meat. This angel, My girl, had fixed the okro for the house but jejely made rice for me thinking that I won't touch okro.
      But for where, it was SWEET oo. I ate like a scavenger.. I had it with correct poundo yam. Oh my goodness.. boi was I delighted. Still am.. Eheheh. So that was dinner for moi.

    Dinner recipe from chef Ebonygold.
    Something very light.
    Spaghetti mayonnaise

    Ingredients
    A pack of spaghetti for 3
    Shredded chicken
    Minced meat(shoprite or grand square)
    Chilli
    Green pepper, red pepper and yellow pepper.
    Carrot
    Garlic
    Spring onions
    And 5strong red tomatoes.
    Seasoning
    Ginger

    Preparation time 15mins.
    Heat your non stick pan.
    Add mayonnaise (pre-heated in the microwave )
    Add Ginger and garlic, allow to heat.
    Add your fresh tomatoes cut into cubes.
    Don't allow it to get too dried. Add your peppers and seasonnings and
    Minced meat. I like using my hand to mould the minced meat into small tiny balls . ( how I wish I can show u guys pictures ) and cook for 2 minutes .

    (Prepare your shredded chicken by either grilling or just steam and fry a bit. Season your shredded chicken very well oh.)

    I usually soak my spaghetti in hot water while I prepare my sauce. Once my sauce is ready I drain my spaghetti.

    Boil your spaghetti and serve with your mince meat sauce.
    Mix your shredded chicken with mayonnaise and little red wine. Included in your plating but since you are not serving guest, you can just pour your shredded chicken into your sauce.
    Very simple...
