DeleteDear Tafia,
ReplyDeleteThis your Gesture is touching, however I want to remind you incase you have forgotten that there is a specified number of heads needed to bury the Oba and those of us in Benin are scared for our heads, shaving your hair is very noble but cutting the head off to donate as one of the ones to escort the Oba would be the most gracious gesture of all, you would be remembered in history , children would read about you, mothers shall tell the story to their kids about a very brave Tafia from newyork that donated her head(a very lovely one at that)for the smooth passage of the Oba to the great beyond. Please do the needful ASAP and oh,you needn't come sef,you can DHL the head.😐😐😐
Kikikikikiki.....chei.....you're wicked.

ReplyDeleteReading this made me burst into laughter. You shaved your head for a dead man? One that died since last year sef as I heard? Oh I see...you obviously don't have important things disturbing you; by the way are you a Christian? It's a sin to shave ones head for the dead incase if you are one & you don't know.

ReplyDeleteInstead of her to shave her head, wear sack clothes and sit on dust. She come dey go wear makeup, do her eye brows very well, fix eyes lashes and come snap pishure on top. Is that one mourning? If the Oba should stand up and give you a hard knock people will say you're high on cocaine
ReplyDeleteThis is nonsense and contradiction of the bini tradition. Our over sabi sister in America, what you did is strongly against what the bini traditional council ordered. Please think about your actions and do not provoke unnecessary curse upon yourself
