Banky W Insinuates That At Least 75% Of People In The Music Business Are Druggies

Banky insinuated this in reply to a notice on a hotel room in Benin which says that drugs are highly prohibited.

I hear most of them are addicted to weed and Codein taken together in high dosages before and after performances..

    1. Abi o! I wonder how this is news? Go anywhere in this world and you'll find that contemporary music is fuelled by drugs, mainly weed. If you remove weed from this world today, 90% of hits will go. The problem is when they start experimenting with harder or synthetic drugs. If it's weed only, then there's no problem. Not that I'm encouraging anyone into drugs but use a small amount of weed (OVER 21 ONLY) and listen to music. It sounds different.

  8. Legalise it, don't criticise it.

  9. I was thinking this should be a well-known secret though. Maybe not well-known but a known secret. Not just In Naija. All over the world.

But I often wonder why it's like that. Why the music industry? Why the Movie industry?

I remember in the past,Sometimes I catch myself staring at that Cough syrup, something something with Codeine.
Yea,Benilyn with Codeine(hope I got the spelling right) and I wonder how it makes them high.

    1. TGW, I can see how it makes them high when taken in high doses, it's a strong medication. I used to take it as a child for bronchitis (mild form of asthma cough), I don't remember much but it cleared my airways quick and it made eerily calm and light headed and then I'd fall asleep. By the time me my moms comes back to the hospital I am ready to go home. I remember the doctor telling my mom it's pretty strong and he will only administer it at the clinic but she can give me ventolin cough syrup at home. Even ventolin was another one. That's why they die young all the pressure they put on their liver.

    2. The abokis are skilled in the art of mixing drugs to get high.

I raise hand for them. Some unbelievable mix of some popular drugs and you might just start walking on sunshine...literally.

    3. Lol @bipolar those mixtures destroy brains. When you see scanned photos of normal brain and a fucked up brain, you go believe. Those abokis sometimes mix superglue in stuff to be sniffed. And even some other chemical glues. Killers....
