  23. They are used to eating garlic, ginger, ginser etc. Roots are good for human nature, really good. Wonder why those in the villa live more? Cos all they eat and use are orgnanic, from animals to plants to even body cream and soap(ori-ncha) even their drinking water comes from the rock. No soap for freezer cos leaves full every where, no hormon fed animals cos they grow naturally eating natural plants and food too. I miss villa sha. When I was pregnant I made sure to eat organic foods, leaves and fruits I always looked for those old women that bring their farm produce to the market and native chicken, snake fish no stock fish or older fishes cos of high macury though so expensive to maintain but I still tried and I don't regret it.
