Most Memorable Easter.....

There are some things we cannot forget......

My most memorable Easter was my Son's first Easter searching for Easter eggs in the garden and the way he screamed when he found the one his grandma had hidden just for him to find easily.
Lol....His scream brought tears to my eyes and took me down memory lane...I was not brought up in a society where eggs are searched for in that aspect.....LOL

  4. I'm eating my rice very quickly so I can devour the big chicken on it. My mum said don't eat your meat while your plate is still full, only thieves do that. No memories to share ☺

    1. Lol,you still do that? I wonder why they told us that.
I don't care if meat is in my food anymore, the meat may even finish before I start eating the food.
My mum still reminds me whenever I go home, she says it's a bad habit.

  6. Mine happened when i was in Senior Secondary 2, and yet i had no phone but my frnds and few class mates sneaked in their big phones to school e.g Motorolla, Samsung etc. Ever since, i disturbed dad to buy me phone, cos i tot i was way matured to av a big phone.
Whenever dad return back home, i thoroughly searched his bag and, if nothing like phone is there, i kept on reminding him, so he kept on promising. I never knew he had a surprise for me. It was on easter, my dad travelled to Ibadan, so we tot he wont be around for easter, so my mum, sisters and i were busy tearing d chicken when we heard a knock, i rushed to open the door, lo and behold, my dad was standing in my front, he said i av easter gift for you, my joy knew no bound. I collected his bad searched for the phone but Nothing was in, my face had changed, he laughed in a Funny manner and said dat he parked his car outside the compound, he gave me the key and instructed me to go take my phone in d car, i was over joy and dashed straight to his car, saw a black Nylon bag and i brought out the pack inside. All i brought out was Nokia touch light dat had one Funny Snake game. I went in and asked if it was d phone, When he said, it was it. Tears dropped out, he tot it was tears of joy. That easter was my most memorable. Thanks to Nokia and Dad, they almost ruined dat day.

  7. My most memorable Easter, was two years ago. I was on my way home from church, I boarded a bus and was tucked at the extreme left on the back. I was hungry and wasn't comfortable a bit, so I kept grumbling and mumbling words incoherently. I resorted to listen to music to calm my nerves.
Among the passengers, there was a really cute dude. Luckily he sat beside me I could feel the scrutiny of his eyes at me. It was a really awkward moment, "should I take off the head phone I was putting on?" "Or should I ignore him and look away?" "So, what's your name?" he asked. I paused contemplating if it was the right move to make. "I'm Simi" I finally said. "Simi." he repeated, nodding his head to the sound of my name. I'm Tola by the way!
He was very funny and kinda shy when talking to me, the last time I met a guy like him was in secondary school. I was really enjoying myself and had forgotten about my initial vex. Simi, I won’t let you be till I have your number and permission to call you”. The act made me smile. I was like “Dude, are you this desperate…” It wasn’t until he got the number that he stopped bothering me. Soon, the phone calls began. I wasn’t totally receptive but I picked up the calls and spoke to him not withstanding, I kept posting him until one day when I randomly decided to meet with him and have dinner. The dinner was like magic, we clicked, chatted all through the evening… went on multiple dates afterwards and soon became inseparable.

  19. Today mark the last day I ever beat a woman in my life. I had a girl who was supposed stubborn then, poured kerosene in an expensive soup and all that..
Didn't know she was pregnant on that bad day. One thing led to another, we started argument, not known she was pregnant already. I only pushed her and that was it.
That singular act led to ectopic pregnancy and it almost cost her her life. Her parents were waiting for her to die and I can be locked up for life, according to their plan but God know it wasn't intentional.
Hmmnn.. I learnt my lesson in a hard way. Can't even also anybody ever since then, year 1998 to be precise.
