    2. I want to let the heart broken guy on friday in house gist to know that J**** mother of one based in the UK did the same thing to me. She's Yoruba. She is being in the UK since 5, said she comes to Nigeria often. Last time was 2015. Ofcourse she stated she wanted friendship which l was cool with in fact she said she likes/loves my Yoruba name which means God thank you. We chatted for straight two weeks. 'Told her about my siblings, friends and cousins living in the UK that have been asking me to visit them but haven't because l am always so busy with work here but will probably do so (take a vacation to the UK) now that l have her as a friend. Guess what. 'Woke up the next day found out she deleted me straight. So pls move on. I guess she does that to Every one she gets close to. She isn't ready for any form of relationship even friendship. I have since moved on.

  14. There's nothing in life that is not a risk, but a child that is afraid of falling may never walk on time. Falling doesn't make you a failure. You only fail when you refused to get up and try again. The greatest failures are those who never tried at all. There are only two ways to the journey of life, you can either move forward or remain stagnant, but there's no point in moving if you're're not moving forward in the your journey of life. If you cannot get motivation, use determination. Life is never about how you start but how you finish. There's absolutely nothing wrong in taking advice, but if you must explain to everyone before making decisions concerning your personal life you will have a lot of explanations to make. Rule your life or be ruled for life.

    2. Since its a new battery, then next is to try soft reset the phone;Cos it could be a little virus attack..

      Steps to take:

      1) press down and keep holding the down "Volume" button on your phone, together with the "POWER" Button..
(In some cases, try the "Up" volume button)

It would take you to the option which has a blue background with soo many option..

      2) scroll down and select "Wipe system cache"

      3) After that, scroll down again and select "Factory reset"

      4) After that, scroll up and select "Boot phone" then allow your phone to boot gradually..

Your phone will come back to the way it was when you bought it,and also know that all your apps downloaded will be erased..

NOTE: Remove your memory card before the process, and if you can;scan before inserting into your phone with an Anti-virus..

      Good morning..

I have this yoruba wedding to attend today. I am down with cold but I won't miss it for anything. I love yoruba parties. No forming, no sidelining, no big person or small person. Everyone is equal. Don't even get me started with igbo weddings, especially nnewi weddings. Everyone forming and raising shoulders. Thank God for my father in law and late mother-in-law. So they can't try that rubbish with us but then, I don't just get. . Mtchewww.

Moving is very stressful. That would be happening to me soon. Sighs.. What happened though??

I love inter tribal marriage @victoria, you people should treat my sister right o. If I were standing where you are standing right now, I won't be able to vouch that there will still be meat left for the wedding

Mrs R, you know this. Plenty food especially burnt jellof rice made with that native leaf that gives it a different taste

Olori orente, you know this. Grand it will be. Plenty food and dance kind of things

Iphiey dearie, having friends from all tribes is amazing. It enlightens you in a different kind of way, helping you know their culture and what not. I hate going to the market. No joke but I just hate it. Going to the market is one of the reason I have a help. Aside the fact that she takes care of them when I'm busy, but market is a major factor and hubby knows. Without a help, I might not cook everyday because I won't just go. I wonder how somel people go every single day.. You are not wicked at all. HahahaπŸ˜πŸ˜‚πŸ€£.

Sorry about your loss. Take heart darling. It could be the drugs fault and it might not be. 0 - 12 weeks are considered danger periods because that's when miscarriage happens the most. That's when you go for scan and they say heart beat is no more. It's a scary time. A time when one has to be extra careful. My first baby I was sporting from 10 weeks and I was told bed rest if not baby would leave. If you see the way I did the best rest. Because I wouldn't be able to tell how I would have felt after waiting a year. And I wasn't taking any drugs. So second baby I didn't wait to be told bed rest till 12 weeks.

It could be that drugs, it might be something else. An anon made a point yesterday even though she said it without any sensitivity in the world. Just take heart. Cheerup and know God is God..
First dose of Malaria dose is between 8 weeks to 10 weeks I think. I can't remember. But I know I take malaria first dose very early. 3 dose before I put to birth. Some malaria drugs are good for pregnant women like fancida

  30. Pls my people help me and judge this matter. Recently things have been down due to this recession and hubby have been saying all sorts including accusing his step mums of bewitching him not to be successful in life. Last week he came home and said we should stop bathing with soap and sponge in the night before going to bed, that it prevents good luck. That it washes away blessings of one does it. Especially a woman ttcing, she will find it difficult to concieve. Mind you, I have a child but another one have not come since 4 years now and he refused me going to hospital for test saying he is OK with the one child for now because things are somehow.
I did not agree with that law of not bathing with soap in the night. These days, He comes home smelling of alcohol. He will not bath, he will just brush his mouth, sometimes he will use only water to bath before coming to bed, he still smells of alcohol and he knows I hate smell of any kind. Cigarette, alcohol, body or mouth odour. I married a clean man who must bath well at night before sleeping, now I don't know what to do as this is causing problems. Last night, he came home, reeking of alcohol as usual, he entered the bathroom and brushed his teeth and also washed his face, came to bed. At about 4: am, he started touching me, I removed his hand several times, this is because I can't stand the fermented smell of alcohol in his body. So he left me alone. This morning I explained to him that I don't like bad smell and he knows it, that since he doesn't want to bath at night again, he should not be drinking alcohol any day he want to the thing. The smell will not be there. He only need to brush his teeth and wash his privates and armpit or bath with only water, we will be good to do the thing. He turned it to quarell. Threatening that he will go and have sex outside if I refuse him sex. Pls Help me people. I need advice.

Last year I faced this same thing and I had to put my knees down and before you know it my husband got a job outside the country and the man I married came back to me.. He became extra nice and now he worships me.. In fact once he receives his salary he submits to me for safe keeping.. He is always apologizing for those days. But it wasn't easy at all. I almost left him because the frustration was too much.

But it all ended in praise.. Please so long as he is not violent, you need to be patient and encourage him. Please don't complain. Just PUSH..

Anonymous 9:42 male that drinks too. Pls always bath at nite before you join your wife on the bed, if possible, apply perfume or roll-on sef. This is how my husband use to do. You will notice the changes in your wife if you do this. No woman likes her man smelling of alcohol or cigarettes. Likewise a man too does not like his wife smelling of smoke from the kitchen or condensed sweat when she comes to bed. Your wife is probably scared of offending you, that is why she does not complain. Pls change.

Trusting God to make this weekend memorable. Please help me pray so.

I read yesterday's IHN late. BV who lost her baby as a result of malaria, so sorry about your loss.
But you see, having known you are pregnant and sick where you should have gone is antenatal clinic to see Obs/Gynae and not a general practice clinic.
That Dr could be queried for not even referring you to antenatal clinic sef. Clean your tears, not easy I know but God shall give you double for your shame.

I'm just gonna be home and keep trusting God for His word, I've been so tensed lately.

Why don't u go to d grocery, buy a lot of weight-loss products, come back home, make her a meal, then loving tell her if she likes it and u would love her to eat healthy, so she can live long, be healthy and smart, at d same time increase her chances of conception.

Please apologise for the way you said it to her and still reiterate kindly that she needs to watch what she eats.

try and apologise, then help her out. Register both of u in a gym. Wake her up and d morning and both of u should go for a jog, laugh and have fun. Then don't be asking for starch and banga when she is trying to eat salad, help her out and eat healthy too, at least till she get used to it,then u can stop.

Apologise, not just with words but give her a treat as well...

Then try to bring up d matter in a polite and loving manner and watch her respond better.

Work together as a couple to discover what is causing d major weight gain since u are TTC it might not be just food...then together find a solution...that is what marriage is about!

I grin when I read that people are waching their weights, I am 26 years old and I am too slim for my liking.

what can I possibly eat to gain a lil weight.

plus can any chocolate skinned person suggest a cream I can get to just get my skin glowing .

few months back, I used F&W Gold number 2 and it was lovely on me, only for me to use the number 3 and my face is looking horrible now, with some scaly patches.

I am looking darker than usual and too dry skinned.

I intend getting the normal Fair and White as it is usually ok on me, but would appreciate any relevant suggestion.
I dont want a bleaching cream please.
