Imo state governor Owelle Rochas Okorocha has started the construction of a brand new prison yard and Police Headquarters in Avu, Owerri west Local Government Area....




The Gov. is geared towards making Imo a modern state, according to reports by his media aides.




Prison?Oga Gov go and pay people their salaries and pension..

  4. This man is losing focus.what prison? The people voted you for basic amenities love me new schools, modern hospitals, modern market etc.

    Anyways, he might be preparing his retirement home knowing well that he mismanaged public fund.
