Spontaneous Saturday Post

#stilldecember #xmascountdown #iloveparis #boyfriendsstillsleeping #schoofreeday #beensleepinglikeitsgoingoutta #stayingpositivenomatterhwat

Good Morning everyone!

No matter what happens, remember that the show goes on!!!

Xmas hustle going on right?May your hustle bring forth fruit in Jesus name oh!

Shout out to all those getting hooked or married today and a louder shout out to all those who are Jollof rice Majors.

I need to ask a very important question........Is it possible to return to Nigeria from Libya by road?I asked someone and the answer was yes but someone else said its not possible..
Years back I interviewed a German who left Germany and travelled to Nigeria by road.it was a long Journey and the things he said he saw in the Sahara left me in cold blood...
Someone said Azura the BV who was enslaved in Libya could not have returned by road.......

As for the suicidal BV who does not even know that I posted his story yesterday,Angel Blessing wants to help him stand back on his feet and she is quite shocked becos she says she used to see his giveaway and sales posts.
So no one else should bother about this........

If you are supposed to receive alert from me and havent, you will this Morning.I was waiting for the winner of Thursday in house news to send details but it didnt happen so show goes on.

What else?The show goes on!!!

Kisees to everyone!

Let's be realistic, they go to Libya because they want to get to Italy right? Ok, instead of risking their lives why not go through the right means?
Some people's knack to succeed would make them do anything

It's not just about bringing them back, but the federal govt. should create jobs or grants for them.

  19. I have seen different ‘formats’ on this Libya crisis. I think some people are cursed to scam forever.
Within weeks they have arranged pathetic stories and produced account numbers on facebook looking for innocent people to scam off their monies. On further investigation.. It turned out fake.

These things make it so difficult to help the genuine ones.
I read Azura’s story on IHN and found it strange that a stranded returnee is giving away gold plated items... Madam get on your feet before you start giving away, or can’t they be sold and turned into money?
Clauses like that make me very suspicious.. But what do I know?
I pray every genuine person that needs help gets it in thousand folds and anyone out there preying on the vulnerability and generosity of strangers lose everything they got fraudulently. Amen

1...(From the MAINA post of yesterday).
    Ooh dear. Hahaha. Please eeh
Anon 00:36 and Ada...let me break this issue down for you guys because you don't seem to understand it one bit.

You listed some people have 5, some Igbo guys have 7, they married a Brazilian and paid the chic: Brazilian passport gotten. They divorce thereafter, moved to St Vincent, paid a chic and immigration, they married and after 2 months left: St Vin's passport gotten. They moved to Trinidad and Tubago, married a T woman, got their passport. As they move, depending on available dollars, they marry, divorce and move on. May have one or 2 kids usually left behind with the Said Wifey.

We are talking Nigeria Civil Service Act, you can only tender 2, though you may be a Citizen of many countries. Maina tendered only a Nigerian passport. When shit hit the fan few years ago, it was confisticated and his travel means restricted. He travelled with another Nigerian passport bearing another name not Maina.

On further probing, it was discovered he has another passport, a valid American passport which will expire in 2018, he has also been travelling with it. He never tendered the American passport, it was not on his Records.

Please guys you can only have 2 passports as a Civil Servant, tendered, even when you have 7. Once it is seized, you can't leave Nigeria. Not America, not any other country. Except you have Diplomatic ties, then you can move with many.

Stella Kork...if you divorce your German hubby and move to Cuba, if you marry a Cuban you get a Cuban passport making it 3,on employment if you return here, you can only have 2 passports, tendered and scanned, in case of gbege you can't leave the shores of Nigeria, shikena. Else, you won't be under the employ of the Service Act, you will be independent running your own Corporate firm or as a business woman.

Make them stop the complaints. Haaaa.

    2. Who's that Bubul sef? There are many things that keep a woman from getting married on time or at all.

1.In Igboland, many Catholics have sworn never to marry outside their religious denomination.

      2. The OSU CASTE SYSTEM is holding many beautiful girls down, even in areas where bride price is N135.

Mind the pains and sensibilities of others when commenting. Mocking the downcast will do you no good.

      Delete
    3. I think she's referring to imo state girls in general

      Delete
  35. I think these lists and bride price I keep hearing about has to do with one’s village and family...

I know for a fact that when a bride’s father is no more, she MIGHT have it tough cos the Uncles might not show empathy to their Would be son inlaw, after all... She is not their own daughter.

Secondly, Some families do not even collect bride price per say... There is usually a long sermon and then the 5naira or 50naira that was demanded gets returned to the son inlaw.
Others say they are not selling their daughter, treat her right and get the things on the list.
These lists are usually not even up to 50k... from the few I have seen.
The bone of contention here is the traditional wedding. This is what people always mistake for bride price expenses. If you let your folks push you into spending so much on that day.. you have youself to blame.
Some ladies even prefer ‘Parlour setting’ This is where the rights and everything concerning the trad marriage is done in the confines of the living room while at the back yard meals are prepared for Umuada and elders. Shikena. You jejely follow your hubby home.

The general concensus that Igbo bride price is very high is false.. Especially using Imo as a case study. I know my Mom’s hometown is so guilty, Lol.. My Dad still laments that he did the rites twice(ps, her Dad was dead and she had horrible uncles)
My Daddy’s side isn't that way. And both are from same state.
Not all parts are like that. One thing you can’t take away though is the Iju ajuju. They ask questions alot and it has actually been of great help.

Happy married life in advance and remember to put in words for your soon to be husband, Don’t let them drain him please. He doesn't have a say but you do. There is life after the wedding.. Your people must understand this.

    3. Reasons I feel that makes people not to comment:_
      1. Network/blog problem.
      2. Steady 'commenters' are being trolled. When you constantly call someone jobless for commenting always, the person may withdraw. Eg the anon on miss Ess case.
      3. Just to get attention. You know the new trend, stop commenting for a while (they hide under anon), start again and get a heart warming welcome from your fans and ceilings. I actually find it funny.
      4. Some are genuinely busy, projects, school et el.

    6. @Chi Exotic Dear; The blog issue has been sorted out long time ago and everything is perfect..
If there is any other issue;its the Nigerian Network of which i have dropped the solution to it here for BV's..

Just incase you know of any BV that is still complaining of their network issue;kindly give them this tips below:

Please if you are still having issues with accessing the blog or the comment section on the blog;kindly clear your browser cache;then go to google store and download "Touch VPN"..
After download, kindly open and switch to another country(Canada,America,Germany etc) so as to access the blog(and any other forum) easily irrespective of your network..

If you are using an I-phone,search for " Betternet Vpn"..
This aforementioned VPN is free and very reliable to give you the best browsing experience(especially for restricted websites/blogs which cant be accessed in naija or elsewhere)..

      Hope this helps..

  39. Spoke with momsie for awhile then she handed the phone over to him. We chatted about different things, I begged him to take his medication and get better before December. He will see his grand children. He grunted in reply.
I felt something was off because he usually responds but brushed it aside, probably the medication or he was too tired.
Called a couple of days later to follow up on his progress and Hospital visitation, momsie said they will be leaving soon. I promised to call back at night.
I did, she said he was sleeping. ‘Have your dinner and bath, get some rest’. ‘Don’t question God, leave everything to him’...... my words to her. She acknowledged, We bid each other good night. Went on my knees to pray for His Angels to guard and protect him.A beautiful soul who doesn’t have the heart to hurt anyone. I cried and begged God to grant him longer life to walk me down the isle and also see my children ‘his grand children’.
Called home the next morning, he died in his sleep.
He left without saying goodbye. He left without walking me down the isle. He left without seeing my children. He left us.

Will miss you so much Mpa.

Continue to rest well on the bossom of the Lord. 🕯🕯🕯

  42. ANON 9:30am...you say comments dropped after sexy daddy brouhaha?u lie!!
so what happened to the comments in other blogs dropping as well?
I have done a check evrywhere and i am not alone.

You say you drop comments up to 10 but dont see all?what kind of comments do you drop?comment cussing out people and their generation?if you drop a comment worth reading u will see it,who doesnt like comment....I remember saying a while back that things will change here soon..if all you do is cuss and bully you will not see your comments..
The year is rounding up and perhaps this blog is going thru a rebirth....if it two comments that make sense it is fine......

Eka Joy,someone on this blog suggested a give away and said they would all show up and i said NO...because i dont want emergency blog visitors.after the giveaway is over they will go..
we have regulars here and if its them alone ,we are fine.
we had a lot of unhealthy influx and it has reduced and i am fine.

The blogging job will not be forever, netiher will any of us be here commenting forever...so for now, this moment is all that matters,i dont want to worry about tomorrow...

I'll make an exception this time and reply. Don't ever call me a liar again Stella. I do not curse people, I tease and yab and troll and chastise and chide, often playfully. Pray tell who did I curse on boredom post last night?? I made 3 comments, one got posted! Lemme guess, spam folder chop the rest abi?
I enjoy comments here more than stories, I skip most, fool around on others. If small truth no dey Wetin I tok why you quick respond? I don't monitor blogs and comments save noticing a reduction here, na my opinion on why, you don't havta like it.
Nuf said. Don't make me come over there and pinch you!

    5. I have been here since a long time but do not comment until recently when I was on leave. I find it really hard to comment because after work, most posts are already filled with comments. Pardon my ignorance, perhaps you can educate it.... I thought traffic was based on visits and not just comments. You do a good job and I genuinely love you. We have exchanged mails in the past and you were so pleasant, I was thrilled. I almost called just to hear your voice but the thought of not being completely anonymous terrifies me. Most of you bully people into hiding. Yes there should be drama, sane drama please. I do not know about other blogs but the less insults, the better.

    9. I think another reason some people are not commenting is cos of network. Like me I find it very hard to comment most times.

And another reason is our economy. Cos me I comment when I have subscription.

  43. Eka BAB, you of all people is asking why comments reduced. when people manage to bring out little time from their busy schedule to comment you will be one of those BVs attacking them.

Nne stop acting holy if you don't have anything reasonable to type/comment.

    1. You don't have sense. That's all!!!!

They didn't leave when I was that really 'blunt' person. It is now that I've calmed down that they now stopped commenting because of me????

Except for a few comments here and there, there's nothing to substantiate this ur claim of trolls being the reason for that.

If I ask u to go bring any comment of mine that could have actually made someone weary of commenting now, u will see how silly u sound.

It is partly because people like u i.e people like sexless head realized that after his game was up, u may just be next.

      Na here we dey na

  44. Stella nwanyi oma I think 70% of the reason why comment reduced is because of bully/troll/attack.
Someone will manage to bring out their time to comment and some cowards will hide behind their keyboard and be cussing them. So I guess some people prefer to read the blog at their on free time without trying to squeeze out time to comment.

    ReplyDelete
  45. 30% is because some people that are extremely busy, network probably (like people who travel to a place with poor network connection), some people who their phone spoiled, some people traveled to other countries and the time zone is affecting them etc.

  46. Adding to what Stella explained
Yesterday there was a birthday post but it didn't have enough comments as the other one of day before yesterday.
Why because she didn't mention any random comment giveaway.

She doesn't want giveaways tagged commenters period

  49. Happy new month people
Another reason why people don't comment at times is because of light problem. Our light has fault since last week, they have not fixed it. I manage to charge my phone a little with my neighbour's generator in the night. Later in the day I will open the blog and read a few posts. If I try to comment, my battery will become low because network will not allow me to comment easily. It will load and re load.

  50. If you like call me names, no one can stop me from saying my mind. I hate those that talks about been suicidal, yes I mean it because everyone you meet is going through something, don't think yours is exceptional.
Try and look wrouhd and inward, there's always a way, God can't give you problem that's bigger than you to solve.
Same thing with those that travelled to Libya, I don't have sympathy for them too, yes, I mean it. You were not blind or dumb, you know the country is a failed state but chooses to go there illegally. What do you expect, a red carpet treatment ?
    Abeg fuck off !

  51. I hardly comment because of work but later in the day,I read through the comments . I don't comment at that time cos I feel there are lots of comments and mine might not be posted because it's late already. Now I know better
