Breakfast Post....

Heavy or light eater? When they say Breakfast is a very important way to start the day,it doesn't also include that you should stuff up yourself with too much at the beginning of the day..................

Can anyone tell me what a balanced Nigerian breakfast compresses of?

Anyway breakfast for me today will be a little of everything yummy....

I am looking at baked beans, scrambled eggs mixed with Sardines, tomatoes, green pepper, yellow pepper, oat mixed with natural Joghurt and brown bread in tow.lots of fruits and juice and then my peppermint tea.........

I wish you a very balanced and healthy breakfast this Morning.....
For those who cannot afford a good breakfast or lunch.........Try ground nut and milk in garri....*wink*
