    1. Abeg they should stop digging for what is not. Everything she wrote here is based on assumptions, Tatafo since last year she couldn't sekl

    2. *so she couldn't sell the last YEAR own until another bride bought same material and she gave her the old one. Why didn't assume this New bride too could be lying about buying the material herself and not choosing it her shop.

    3. Cant a designer sew same style for different customer. This one no follow.... I'm only angry with the way she dissapointed that "bride" I haven't seen mercy's response

    4. Yemi7up, how can you say the bride was lying about buying the material herself, after all, she tagged the person she bought the material from, and if she was lying, the designer would have said so.

    1. I love this particular gown more than the other one.

The designer should take appropriate caution and stop doing shady business. It always backfires.

  6. Rikaotobyme is just a wicked human being and when things start going bad for you don't think twice o for you to make a bride cry and experience sadness on her wedding day just know that what goes around comes back around

  11. This fake designer is a wicked woman. I can only imagine the pain, hurt, frustration and disappointment the bride felt. This is so unfair.

  12. I said it naw. That Tailor is a liar, an opportunist and a ripoff. There was no mix up anywhere. She and Mercy knew what they were doing all along and now it has backfired. They really prophesied that alot of people will be disgraced this year.
Thanks to the bride for speaking up. Some other person would ve kept quiet and let it slide.
This will teach other Vendors who act unprofessionally a lesson never to underestimate the power of social media.

    1. I don't think Mercy Aigbe had anything to do with this mess. I mean why would she want this ugly scandal associated with her big 40th birthday?
After all she wasn't there when the bride consulted with the designer na so how could she have known there was an outfit like that.
It all falls on the designer who wanted to please one customer more than the other for obvious reasons & gave Mercy that dress as maybe a special design for her alone but it backfired cos she didn't think the bride was going to speak up.
That's what happened in my opinion.

  13. Rikaotobyme is wicked, heartless and unrepentant.

Mercy is an opportunist because i see no reason why she would gladly wear a dress that is not hers going by the account of Rikaotobyme that she got the dresses mixed up.

Rettpety was unfortunate to go through such drama and dissappointment on her wedding.

    Conclusion
The world now knows the character traits of Rikaotobyme. She could be a beauty with lovely figure and a good handiwork but all that will not take her so far. Her integrity and character is what will keep her in business thus she had better amend her ways.

Mercy Aigbe, may such scandal trail you no more. Not cool for your rep

Rettpety, Sad and hurt as this whole episode must have made you feel, thank God your wedding was a success afterall with or without the dress. I wish you a marital life of bliss. Put the episode behind you.

  14. Haaa!
This designer have just 'soiled' her hard earned reputation just for a pot of 'pottage'(celeb so called)
    Too bad!
She will forever regret pulling this stunt on an innocent bride.

  15. Stella this your analyses I don’t even understand. Why will you return dress tailor made for you dispose? Dress that you paid money for!?

Clearly this tailor is also in the business of renting out clothes so maybe a bride rented that same dress in 2016. Clearly Mercy Aigbe saw the wedding dress on her Instagram when her model wore it and wanted to rent it. Instead of her to say no it belongs to someone else, she gave mercy. Only God knows what happened mercy was forming celeb and she didn’t return the dress and that’s where all the kasala burst.

Mercy Aigbe did not sew shit!! Madam tailor stop lying.

    2. One of the few sensible comments here. Mercy should not be blamed for this mess.

    3. Thanks for this. I was late to the party so I'm happy someone said what's on my mind. Mercy shouldn't be blamed. The designer tried to play smart and it caught up with her.

  18. The rikatobyme is unprofessiojal, crooked and un remorseful, alot of this runs girls turned business women lack business ethics so don't blame her. Tell them to pay for a training they will use it to buy hair. No be by force to be entrepreneur

  20. I haven't said a word since the drama. But after seeing this now, i can now call this Marayam Elsha the designer a BASTARD! Your soul has been sold to the devil. May disappointments fall on you. Henceforth, sorrows and tears will be your portion! Amen. We are talking of someone's big day here( a wedding for christsakes) not a birthday ooo

  22. This is a typical 'monkey go market e no return scenario. She assumed since the bride was located in Benin sey nobody will notice her double crossing. But alas!the least place she expected this smacked her right on the face.

  23. CAN WE FUCK ON FROM THIS DRESS SHIT.

  24. Mercy Aigbe didn't sew any dress. The tailir lied. Maryam Elisha knowingly swapped the dresses in order to please mercy who saw the dress and wanted to slay in it for her 40th birthday. I remember Mercy had an issue with a tailor last year over a blouse...all these borrow borrow yeyebrities..trying to impress people on IG..make una take am easy o..

    2. You got it vwry right!!! Designer was looking for visibility she was hoping to gain from Mercy wearing the dress seeing as the bride was in Benin and a non celebrate so won't give the beautiful dress/designer the visibility she thought it/she deserved

Mercy's photoshoot didn't take place on time and that made her disappoint the bride...

It all didnt just work out the way she thought it would

  25. I don't understand why mercy should wear a dress that's not hers. Didn't she make the order herself, didn't she look at the material, Didn't she choose the style. Didnt she see it wasnt the dress she asked for, that was sent to her, Please nobody should exonerate her here. She is complicit to this. Borrow pose. Both of them lack integrity. It's the bride that was cut up in this Web. Mercy Aigbe -Gentry is Instagram borrow pose queen slayer.
