Yesterday Children's day was so much fun. So I had a fight with my two Nephews and my Niece. Before the fight I heard them whispering amongst themselves saying 'We'd finish Uncle Rowland today', before I could say Jack, the eldest grabbed my leg and and said 'Super ghekko muscle' I was amazed that he was trying to muscle me to the floor. Looking up, my Niece had climbed unto her bunk bed and jumped on me, while I was trying to wrestle her off, I heard my other Nephew yell 'Super Cat speed' and then he ran into me with full speed. At first I was feeling like Braun Strowman that doesn't fall down, not knowing their Mum had intentions of helping them out because, I told them if I loose I'd take them to Coldstone Creamery.... She launched at me with the force of a hungry Bear trying to secure its meal. Next thing I heard was 'Daddy come and count'. See me thinking my brother will rescue me, lai lai, he even said 'Nkem, let me hold him so you will count'. In fact to me that was the icing on the cake. I was lying flat on the floor shouting 'bros so mo age mi ni'. After the count, next thing I heard was my brother saying 'everyone get dressed, Uncle Rowland is taking us out'.......

I have a friend with a very very very cute baby but her in-laws kept asking, "what are You feeding the baby with? he is adding weight, pls be careful"... and somehow, her husband also joined in the question.
One day, she sent his picture to me (she ddnt give birth in Nigeria) asking if the baby was fat and I replied her that it was a very unwise question. She was supposed to be worrying bout her health, the baby's well being and many other things not the weight of a child who only takes breast milk.
I was in her house when she returned and over heard the Inlaw saying "careful careful oh so he doesn't get fat" 😣
I kid you Not, this baby is what you will call Lepa. Like he is one of the slimmest babies I know. So when she (my friend) sat beside me and was worrying, I told her in the presence of the husband that chubby babies are the cutest (the baby isnt even chubby) and I told her if she was so worried, she could just place the child on a diet but since his food is limited, she should starve him and take him out and force him to run since she is more concerned bout raising a model over a healthy child and we can all rest.
It's so annoying....
These people never fail to remind her of how she's putting on weight and she told them her husband ddnt meet her slim (mind you she isn't fat oh)
Now, it's a little child.

DeleteMy second baby was on exclusive for 6 months, but he was chubby. I saw nothing wrong with it. When he was 7 months, I added pudding and cereal to his meal. I had to go to the hospital with him for something and the doctors were screaming. My son was weighing 12kg at 7 months. Like they were all screaming and shouting I stopped. They asked me how many times I feed him a day and the quantity and they said I should remove 2 of the meals and half his food quantity. But I didn't start until at 8 months where we went to the hospital for his check up and he was 14kg. They talk I received that day ehh, when I went home, I cut down his meal and everything. By the time he was 1yr old, he had reduced. He was slim and chubby

DeleteIt works well. Please check the expiry date before buying.
Shaving cream will help, or you use your soap , rub it there to soften it and make it easier for the shaving stick not to pull the hairs forcefully.
DeleteCalm down woman. First of all I noticed bumps comes as a result of probably bacteria or dirty in the body pores after shave.
DeleteNext time you wanna shave ensure you shave on one direction. Eg from tom to bottom or bottom to top. Don't shave up and down anyhow. Then you wash with warm water after shaving, this is to ensure the pores on that area is closed to avoid dirty or bacteria from entering.
After which you get a clean hand towel to towel the area. Then apply talcum powder eg dusting powder just abit around the area or petroleum jelly ensure you don't sleep with pant on that area need fresh air as much as it can get.
I hope this helps.
As soon as u finish shaving, apply skineal generously on the area morning and night consecutively, it might not stop it entirely but will reduce it and as time goes on, it will eventually stop. Also u can get an anti bump solution from any supermarket and apply it after each shave. I also heard scent leaf(nchuanwu) help with it too. After shaving, roll the leaves on your palms until it produces little water and rub it on your privates and in your armpits, good luck.

This is basically because I love God on my own. However I do not really like my family church but I still attend anyways cos I want to make her happy.

Still my mum would always shout at me that I'm a discouraging Christian all because I do not enjoy going very early for services. Call me an unbeliever who does not know God.
Yesterday I snapped and told her to focus on her other children and leave me alone since I don't seem to meet up to her standard even when I'm the only one who listens to her.
We are very cordial and happy but whenever it has to do with church, we are always at loggerheads. My dad is always out of town so I decided to live with her even though I can get my own place.
I swear I just want her to allow me serve God on my own terms not on the preconceived terms she has.

ReplyDeleteAbout last weekend, went for my grilling training on barbeque and fish sponsored by Stella, Saturday was for theory, Sunday was the grilling proper. It went really well.thanks to bv kelvin, he was a patient teacher .

The man said he slept and noticed a hand that touched his eyes in the midnight that was where the problem started. He had spent much. He works in NTA. But God showed up in his case and solved the problems.

DeleteI had a nightmare. It was scary.
I slept quite early yesterday at about 8pm.
In the dream, I saw that some people were trying to kill us at my place of work. They tried to drown us all in a room. Some people died, some escaped. I was among the people that escaped. As we were running to safety, they started shooting us with some sort of poisoned darts. They killed some people with the poisoned darts. At a point, that dart pierced my leg. I was weak, I felt my spirit getting weak but I didn’t stop running. I kinda got my strength back. I felt the poison left me so I kept on running. I got to a building where I saw my best friend at work inside. I asked her to let me in. She did. When I got in, I saw another colleague. I told them what was happening but they seemed unbothered. I hid myself. One of the assailants came and was knocking. He said he knew I was there that I should come out. I thought my colleagues will cover for me but they didn’t. At that time, I knew I was in serious danger as it seemed they were part of the assailants too. So, I came out of hiding and I told the guy to ‘Get the f*ck away’ that he can’t get me. He climbed to the roof and tried to shoot me with that dart. Before I could hide, he shot me! It was at that moment I woke up panting.
I checked my phone for time, it was 12:24am.
I started praying against every evil arrow before I slept again.
