Breakfast Is Very Important....

We all read about Breakfast being the most Important meal of the day but some people do not do Breakfast because they do not get Hungry in the Mornings..........







I have noted for a while now that I am not a Breakfast person but eat better in the Afternoons....Nothing i can do about it...........I am skipping Buffet Breakfast this Morning but will have Lunch fit for a King (Ooops i mean Queen)

If Breakfast is must and if i do not get Hungry most Mornings,what then do i eat?I just read somewhere that it is not good to eat Banana on an empty stomach and i am like ''huh?''

Who else is not into eating in the Mornings?how do you do it and when does hunger begin to knock the door?

  1. Exactly! I don't get hungry in the morning. But there are days I wake up with hunger pangs like my whole intestine was scraped out

    1. If I eat late, I wake up hungry. However, I started this water therapy for weight loss and so far, it has reduced my food intake especially in the morning so, good for breakfast people.

    2. Miss Ess, whether you are hungry or not eat breakfast. It could be just tea alone or an apple but make sure you put something in your stomach.

    3. This early morning? 😲...how do you guys do it? I hate breakfast, I feel ill if I attempt to eat anytime before 12noon or 1pm, it messes me up and I'll never feel settled. Everybody don talk tire but it's what it is 😊. I'll be having breadfruit aka ukwa for lunch 😏

    6. @Jane, really? This the first time I'm hearing this, I take Lipton everyday its my best tea I love the scent so much. Yet I'm always the first to sleep in my household and the last person to wake up.

  5. I don't eat that early.. First thing I do every morning on an empty stomach is to take 6 glasses of water before any food. I've been on that for as long as.
    I then eat much later in the morning.

    I'm home ooo saturdays is always beans every morning.
    Me I want to eat spag and egg. Their beans matter no concern me.

      I can't drink up to that six glasses of water without throwing up, can I add glucose? ??

      That's how I do before getting married, every Sunday is beans. I will gently prepare my own food
      I just started eating beans because hubby loves it.

    2. @olori adding glucose is like adding flavour to the water. I think just water alone is better. It cleanses you from the inside for a new day.
      @Senorita for you to gulp that much at once your system should be used to it by now. How do you pee cos I always struggle with that. It comes with a rush lol.

    3. Hahaha @Olori you can start with taking 3 glasses first after a while you take the other. With time your system will adjust to taking all at a go. As for the glucose my dear me I prefer clean water but I hear its not bad also.

      @Annon I'm an early riser so I take them very early and before I'm ready to go out im done peeing.

  6. Some days I wake up like a hungry lion.Other days I want nothing to do with food in the morning.It just depends.Some days I really want light food,other days,I just want to swallow every swappable.

  8. I eat very light most mornings and sometimes heavy. It all depends..
    Bhet for d past one week and counting now, I only do my morning ritual(warm water, lemon and ginger) and wait till its 12 or 1pm b4 eating anything. Discovered one group on fb; INTERMITTENT FASTING FOR WOMEN and loving it. The motivation there is something else.. So, whether breakfast is compulsory or not wont be for me for sometime abeg.
    Need to loose some kgs b4 my next bday in 3months time.😜

  9. I don't always eat in the morning because of fasting. So I eat more in the afternoon then evening I take fruit. But breakfast is very important.

  16. I am cooking my sister inlaw umbilical cord,I am making pepper soup with it for whole family, she gave birth last night and custom demands we all cook and eat,it furtifies us against our enemies. People from kwale can relate but they are too ashame to admit it.

  21. Not a breakfast person either. I just want a cup of coffee then I can zoom through the day's activities with speed and precision. But if I try eating in the morning, I will be so sluggish physically and mentally till about noontime.
    My brain has completely blocked breakfast, no craving for food in the morning. Mine is so bad, I don't even have breakfast ideas nor inspiration to do or prepare a platter. My guy is on his own for that one. Well he understands and accepts me like that. In fact he will offer me my cup of freshly brewed coffee then proceed to prepare his breakfast. However sometimes I fix his breakfast with his idea of what he wants
    I am so much of a coffee person. That's my happy pill, my jump starter and my aphrodisiac etc. After that cup of coffee, if time dey, I can fuck him crazy before he heads out and he likes that.
