Saturday Breakfast Tips...

Its another Breakfast discussion Saturday Post.............






Today I'm having just croissants and Cappuccino!Great Combo..
Not really a full breakfast but enough to start the day....

In my minds eyes,please give me hot rice with assorted stuff inside with plantain this Morning eeeeh...LOL

Remember not to eat Banana on an empty stomach....

    1. No wonder women in Nigeria(particularly the married ones) are overweight and shapeless. Eba in the morning😲😲? Then rice in the afternoon and Fufu for dinner.

    2. Anon, every sat my husband and I eat poundso in the morning around 11am and then salad for dinner.
      Meanwhile we burn it cuz there is a lot of work and errands to do so it is a matter of doing what works for you.

  3. Just had lipton tea with ginger and garlic for d am. Will eat much much later. IF/OMAD on point.😍

  17. It's funny how being around someone, you pick up habits albeit unconsciously, i met this person who is a tea addict, prior to that i don't take tea i was more like a beverage person. 4yrs later and i'm begining to like tea, too much. Green tea, black tea hell i even drink lemon grass now!

  20. I wanted to make just fish stew but after trying the fish,I ate almost half of it with one by garri. Now I'm defrosting meat to add to the remaining fish.
