ReplyDeleteI have had male bosses that are very contrast in their attitudes.
They came after each other so the difference was quite clear.
Also, a worker/employee's attitude can define what treatment he/she gets from the boss.
Once some employees find out that their bosses are easy-going, they start to stretch their limit.
And when some find bosses tough, they create a battle between them in their heads and become defensive at all times.
While some try to devise means (just about anything) to become the boss' dog. And that could be any of the genders also.
